We were looking for a more traditional restaurant in Venice but most places were closed and we stumbled across this place on our walk around the city. I’ve heard of hard rock cafes before but never visited one and it was a good experience for me and my partner. When we arrived the place wasn’t full, they put us in a nice table and a man came to take care of us. My partner is vegan/vegetarian so he showed her their vegan burger. The food was delicious, we were both satisfied.

We had a great time at Hard Rock Café Venice! The atmosphere was lively and fun, and the staff made us feel very welcome. We ordered wings and nachos — both were delicious and perfectly served to share with our drinks. The beers were cold, and the cocktails were amazing! Our waitress was extremely friendly and attentive, always checking on us with a smile. Overall, a great experience — highly recommend it for good food, great service, and a fun vibe right in the heart of Venice!

I had a fantastic experience here. The servers were all very kind and the food was really tasty. My server for the evening was Ibrahim, he was quick, efficient and very friendly. The gentleman at the reception area was also very nice and took some lovely photos for us. The only thing I would say ( if I had to say something ) was the seating arrangement was a little tight as it was close to other tables so it was quite noisy and covered up the sound of the music but that’s maybe because of the space.

Probably one of the most unique Hard Rock Cafe’s in the world. Certainly a good one to tick off our list. It’s quite a small venue for obvious reasons but still offers a variety of seating settings. Loved the view from the top overlooking the big glass window at the front watching the Gondolas come and go. Service and food was great and it was good to get the consistent Hard Rock Cafe experience we have come to love and enjoy

Normally whilst in Venice you’d dine in Italian restaurants and try all the local cuisine. We decided to pop in to the Hard Rock tonight for a quick bite and mostly nostalgic purposes (cool music), but were pleasantly surprised by the vibe, service & Italian charm! Seated above by a window overlooking the gondolas, we met Dario who became our friend by the end of the night. His customer service skills were exceptional, little gestures to make our experience special, proactively anticipating our needs, recognizing when we needed something prior to asking..etc. His service far surpassed our expectations for dining at the Hard Rock. And hats off to the chefs & bartenders! The best burger & margarita I’ve had in a long time! And of course the hostesses were more than attentive as well! Wow! Don’t hesitate to go here, it was a blast! Thanks Venice Hard Rock, we will be back!

We booked a voucher through Get Your Guide. The booking was easy, when we got there we had the set menu. The options were good. I got the burger which was really nice along with the chips that tasted so good. The burger was cooked well and the onion ring was chunky and cooked perfectly. My partner had the ribs and again tasted really good. Would definitely recommend. The staff were lovely and attentive. Great view of the Gondalas. Good music and great displays on the walls.

One of the best views from any Hard Rock that I’ve had the chance to visit. The food is the usual fare, so it’s good for a taste of American cuisine. Service was prompt, friendly and attentive!

We love to go to a Hard Rock Cafe in each new country or region we visit and the Venice one was a very nice surprise with its beautiful red Venetian chandelier! The staff was very nice and the food was great. Looking at the gondolas passing by while having our meal was absolutely lovely!

I have been here two times – each one great! When I called to make a reservation the guy on the phone was really kind.
The food is extremely good with big portions. Music is not always rock but still catchy. The 2nd time the waiters even prepared a surpise for my mom’s birthday and made a discount!
Definitely recommending it.
