Just finish my visit and cant forgave to myself….
Been keen Hard Rock fan, so far visited 76 cafes and hotels around the world and never wrote anything about, nor good nor bad. But, this time overall atmosphere and particularly employees made me so angry tha I must write it so everyone get to know.
First, restaurant was almost empty, and very rude and quite big afro guy seated me near the lavatory…..then came a chinese waitress, she was below any comment, rude and unpolite for a medal!
The menu is from past century and well overpriced.
My burger came relatively quick but nothing aside, not even napkin.
Of course they came and ask: ” Is it everything ok”?
No it is not!!!
Bill came fast but not even facial glimpse from the chinese waitress, no place for thank you ao even good bye. Shame!
Choice of music was , lets say, folk. Nothing harder than Meatloaf balade! This was all but NO ROCK, HARD even less.
After that sad experience with the restaurant and staff I visit the Rock shop to buy some memorabilia
Guy, this time genuine Irish was lets say unprofessional and there is no discount even for the members( everywhere in the world its normal to get 10% discount just if you wear hrc t shirt) and again, the prices are abnormally high. T shirt more than 40 Euros, come on guys
So, advice: Avoid it, run away from this cafe.
HARD ROCK CAFE management, please make attention to this cafe and its employees, they are shame and make great damage to your reputation.
The vibe of the place is fantastic: lively, cozy, and filled with great music that adds to the overall experience. The food portions were generous, and everything we tried was delicious. The desserts were also a highlight—truly worth saving room for!
What really stood out to us was how much the staff seemed to genuinely care about their guests. They were friendly, interested, and made us feel like valued customers rather than just another table. That personal touch made the evening feel special.
If you’re looking for a place to enjoy good food, drinks, and a fun atmosphere, I can’t recommend this Hard Rock Cafe enough. It’s the kind of place you want to return to again and again—and I definitely would.
They were busy so service was a little slow. Not bad considering.
The food was top-tier. I highly recommend the Diablo Burger if you like a bit of a kick, and the Spicy Chicken Wings were perfectly cooked. We also tried the Twisted Mac, Chicken & Cheese, which was pure comfort food.
What really made the night, though, was the staff. They were genuinely friendly, high-energy, and made us feel like rock stars. Plus, they have live music five nights a week, which adds such a great local Dublin flare to the classic Hard Rock atmosphere.
If you’re looking for a fun night out with great cocktails, iconic music history, and a lively crowd, this is the spot!
