I was in Hard Rock Cafe last Saturday. It was absolutely an AMAZING experience!
Me and my gf had Mac&Cheese and veggies which were tasteful. But more than that, the waiter Recep was really accommodating and friendly all the time. My gf has gluten allergy so we were so lucky to be informed by Recep. thanks to him, we had a special gluten free food and left the place satisfied.

Thank you so much for your reply. It is the interior design that I miss. The new place is less cosy/ comfortable + more noisy. Being so much smaller, it is also less spacey + hence more crowded.
Your staff was making an effort to make me feel welcome, however they had to juggle too many people in too little space on a regular weekday afternoon.
I guess the buzz is good for business – but I prefer to spend my money elsewhere.

Food is actually not that bad, but service can be much better. Had to go to the bar twice. First for a drink they didn’t serve, but we could not contact any waiter because they just don’t look if anybody needs service. And the second when we wanted to pay. Again no staff to reach/contact.

On my visit to Berlin, I was sick of having the traditional buffet breakfast at hotels, so I decided to try the Hard Rock for a made to order breakfast. It was a great decision. The music and videos were fun to watch while waiting for my customized ordered breakfast, including a gluten free roll (they use for burgers).
Cosmin at the bar was super nice and friendly and looked after me to ensure that I was having a good experience. I felt very welcomed, so much, that I returned the next day and had breakfast again and brought a friend with me!
I would highly recommend breakfast at Hard Rock Cafe, the food was delicious!

Great service, a little Taste of “Americana” just couldn’t miss it while in Berlin. I really recommend. I am such a big fan of the Hard Rock Cafe. I always hit it at some point when I travel for work. Always brings me back to childhood and college memories.

I’ve been to Hard Rock Cafes in London and Cologne, and unfortunately the food quality in Berlin didn’t live up to that standard. The “One Night in Bangkok” shrimp wasn’t cooked to the right texture – it felt off compared to what I’m used to. The New York strip steak was also disappointing, as too much of the juice ran out onto the plate instead of staying in the meat. Honestly expected better consistency from Hard Rock.
But the service and the atmosphere were great as usual.

The atmosphere was exactly what you’d expect from Hard Rock — energetic, fun, and full of rock-and-roll spirit — but with that special Berlin twist. My partner and I had booked in here to enjoy a meal to celebrate my birthday. Upon arrival we were greeted by Lindsey who was extremely cheerful and friendly, they had remembered that it was my birthday and so Lindsey had wished me a Happy Birthday too. She allowed us to choose whether we wanted to sit upstairs or downstairs – we opted to sit upstairs to enjoy the views outside from above. We really enjoyed the music they were playing, it was a brilliant mix!
Our server Maria was very attentive and had great recommendations from the menu. Both Maria and Lindsey each had exceptional customer service skills, making us feel very welcome and they were each so easy to talk to.
We were also blown away by the food! We each opted for a burger and shared some onion rings too. The portion sizes were very generous – we were so full afterwards!
After our meal, Maria wished me a Happy Birthday and very kindly gave me a delicious sundae to celebrate. My partner and I shared this and it was amazing! We wish we could visit here more often, but will definitely be paying you guys another visit when we are in Berlin!
