We had a great time at Hard Rock Café! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was exactly what you expect—fun, lively, and full of energy. The only downside was the specialty drink that comes with the hurricane glass. We collect the glasses, so we went ahead and ordered it, but the drink itself wasn’t something we really wanted. Honestly, it would’ve been better if we just purchased the glass outright without having to get the drink.
Other than that small hiccup, everything else was great and we enjoyed our visit! Would definitely return.

Amazing service and the food was delicious! huge serving and my burger was packed with flavor. Had the opportunity to tour all of their event space and was surprised to see such beautiful rooms – especially their themed balcony overlooking the gorgeous San Antonio Riverwalk. I am not so much a big fan of franchise restaurants in general, but I am pleased to say that Hard Rock Café in San Antonio was special. I’ve been to several Hard Rock Café around the world, but the one in San Antonio was peculiar, atmosphere was fantastic and the location is also pretty cool, on the River walk. Food was nothing to complain about (but nothing too fancy).

Excellent place to spend a pleasant time with the family. The only thing they need to improve is the bad smell coming from the bathrooms. Luckily, we ate in the outside area; everything else was excellent.

We came in with a party of 10 and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The restaurant handled our large group smoothly, with plenty of space and great timing on the food. Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. Our server, Desiree, truly made the night exceptional—she was friendly, patient, attentive, and incredibly organized, especially with such a big table. She made everyone feel welcome and never missed a beat. Thanks to her and the staff, our group had a fantastic time. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place for large parties!
