Visited this establishment on 4/8/23 and was disappointed in the quality of the food. The scenery/atmosphere was great but the food was lacking at a mere 7/10 rating on the steak and a 7/10 on the drink. The first drink I selected, I was told they no longer make. Would suggest somehow adding more flavor to the steak, getting more signature cocktails and perhaps not having a majority of the seats at the bar equipped with table top machines.

Always fun sometimes more profitable, then others. Staff always happy and helpful. The venues are incredible. I’ve been to Vegas’s casinos, this place is the whole strip in one casino. They need many more top acts to play here. I love it and have a hand full of more concerts and shows to see here. It’s so easy to find parking and lots to do before and after ever show. Spin the wheels of fortune. Make sure you bring your ID. In case you win big Id is required.

We celebrated my son graduating high school here and the experience was amazing! We had a pretty large party of 25 so my expectations were low since that is a lot of people to attend to. Our servers were Haille and Ayo and they were phenomenal! They kept every single order and check perfect, the service was incredibly fast and not once did they seem overwhelmed. At one point the chef, GK, came out with other staff and sang a personalized graduation song for my son! It was truly a night to remember and everyone had the best time! Thank you Hard Rock Cafe for the best ending to such a special day!

Only giving 2 stars because the manager was friendly, but it was not a good experience. We live in the area and thought we’d try it. The carpet was dirty and patched together, our table was broken, and the entire room we were in was just gross. For the prices they charge I would expect a much better atmosphere.

We love to come to this hard rock every few months for some gambling fun, not ever really expecting to win big. Same with tonight but it was still a fun evening out. My only complaint is the minimum on the tables is a bit steep in my opinion. We went on a Monday night and every single blackjack, Texas hold em & war table were $25 minimum bet or higher. Difficult to make it last, that’s for sure! All things considered it was a fun night!

We had dinner at the Rise and the service was exceptional, and the food was delicious. We then went back onto to the floor to play some more. I played some slots and I hit a major jackpot for over $900 which made my night and it allowed me to go home a winner, which to be honest, doesn’t happen very often.

The service was impeccable! Ayo was our waiter and let me say he was wonderful! Friendly, attentive, but most of all he has this calming peaceful spirit about him that makes your dining experience very comfortable. Our drinks came out really fast and they were delicious. I had the “Vengeance on the rocks” and it was perfect. Not to sweet with a little kick! For appetizers we had the “one night in Bangkok Shrimp” they were cooked to perfection. Reminds me of the bang bamg shrimp at Bonefish but better! We had the wings – Buffalo and Sweet & Spicy Tangy. Both wings were crispy and delicious. Out of the two flavors I would have to say the Sweet & Spicy tangy was the best. For desert I had the New York cheesecake. The slices of strawberries on the side was a nice touch. All of the food was amazing, with a beautiful presentation. So much so, we had to let Chef Annete know how well her and her kitchen staff did. We were so pleased we wanted to tip the kitchen staff. Overall, the staff worked very well together to create a dining experience that me and my family will talk about for a long time.
