We decided to treat our child to a birthday meal here and it was amazing. I’ve always enjoyed eating at Hard Rock Cafe’s but our server brought it over the top.
From the get go, the hostess gave him a birthday card signed by the employees of the restaurant. It wasn’t a printed generic card, but actual people signed it. It’s the little things.
We are great food, chef salad and Asian noodle bowl and each were delicious.
Then, at the end they brought my child a birthday sundae and he got to stand up and everyone in the area sang happy birthday and made him the center of attention. He loved every minute of it.
Great job everyone, the people made the night.
If you like rock and roll memorabilia, go and enjoy dinner here. Good food, great music and awesome things to see!!!

Hard Rock Cafe Orlando isn’t just a restaurant, it’s a veritable museum of rock culture. The interior is impressive from the first glance: stage costumes, guitars, and personal belongings of legendary musicians are everywhere. But what struck us most was Elvis Presley’s pink Cadillac—it’s right there inside, looking like a separate photo zone and art piece all in one.

The food wasn’t disappointing either. I had a grilled salmon salad—fresh, juicy, and perfectly balanced in flavor—plus a refreshing strawberry-basil lemonade. My husband had fajitas, which were also delicious.

This place where the atmosphere of rock legends meets high-quality cuisine—it was a truly memorable experience.

We had a great meal here after the park closed and shout out to Casey for being the best server! We had reservations and were seated very quickly. The atmosphere was lively and casual – a great place to unwind and the food was actually amazing! There is a dedicated gluten free menu for those with allergy restrictions. At our table we had a burger, ribs, chicken tenders and more – and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. The brownie sundae is HUGE but so good! Casey was attentive, she was kind, and she made our daughter feel so special on her birthday!

Our server Kayla Rivera was exceptional, intelligent, warm, and customer-service oriented.
She is an asset to Hard Rock Cafe at Universal Studios Orlando.
Our family of 4 truly appreciated her taking time to converse and understand our wants and needs in the dining experience.
She demonstrated high value of professionalism through her level of care and actions. We were truly impressed with the level of consideration throughout and look forward to returning!

A visit to the Hard Rock cafe is always fun! I love the atmosphere, and the memorabilia. Also, the food is great! I need to eat gluten and dairy free and it wasn’t an issue for Hard Rock to accommodate. I ordered a nice burger, with an Udi’s roll, and fries. The fries are made in a dedicated fryer so they were safe. I will absolutely return next time I come to Universal. Spectacular service as well, our server was awesome and a delight.

Went to the Hard Rock at Universal and the place itself is huge and really cool inside, full rock vibe and all that. But the burgers were just ok, nothing special at all. Prices are pretty high, and honestly I didn’t think the service matched what they charge — felt kind of awkward and forced. The location is great and the space is impressive, but for me it’s not worth it. I don’t think I’d go back. Maybe it’s worth checking out once if you’re into the theme, but there are way better food options around with better value and better service.

Hard Rock Cafe Orlando at Universal Orlando resorts CityWalk is a must visit! We had a fantastic meal here. even though we arrived late for our reservation due to a ride delay in Universal Studios, the staff were extremely accommodating and made sure we could still get a table .

The food was incredible. The fries were cooked to perfection. I ordered the Double Smash Burger, and it was easily one of the best burgers I had during our Orlando trip. It was juicy, flavourful, and perfectly cooked. Others in our group had the chicken burger, which they said was great. The portions are generous, and everything tasted fresh and high quality. We also got a brownie with ice cream which was nice.

It’s not just about the food, the atmosphere and theming are what makes this restaurant. The restaurant is filled with iconic rock memorabilia, from guitars and outfits to signed records and photos. Highlights for me included Jimi Hendrix’s guitar and Steven Tyler’s guitar from Aerosmith. The floating pink Cadillac above the bar is also very cool.

Make sure you go upstairs during your visit, I don’t think it’s used for seating, but it’s open for guests to explore. You’ll find even more music history and signed memorabilia in a quieter area up there.

The restaurant is huge, lively and spotless, with great music, fast service and great food. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant if you are at universal Orlando resort.

So much cool stuff to check out. The food and service were awesome! My husband and I got the cowboy ribeye with mashed potatoes and green beans. The steak and mashed potatoes were yummy. The green beans were a bit undercooked. We also had the nachos as an appetizer, and they were really good too.
