So last week me and my middle school friends came here after a field trip! We had an amazing lunch! Our teachers sat at another table and me, Connor, nick and Ryan all sat together in one booth and had a great time! We r the middle school gays and we love to cuddle shirtless. We did the whole way to DC on the bus . Btw we sat in the back seat because we r the cool kidz! We got burgers, fries and a lot of other super delicious food. Our waiter was super nice, attentive and super cute! Our teachers sat at their table gossiping and laughed about all the middle school drama and bullshitted with each other a bunch. We then went to the gift shop and got a bunch of pride merch like shirts and hats. We also bought some little trinkets and stuff to throw out the bus window and hit other cars with . The manager here is super chill and very nice! Our experience here was stellar thanks so much! Btw I forgot to mention one of our teachers has some special dietary requirements and can’t eat certain things so the chef came out with a hammer and smashed one of the memorabilia cases and grabbed a guitar and jacket out of the case and threw it on the grill and served her a grilled jacket and guitar! We r middle school boys of course we bullied our teacher for eating a jacket and a guitar!

The place was not so crowded and food was served in a timely manner. Best thing about it, aside from the food, was the server, Ms. Winnie. She was very efficient, lively and friendly. Made eating in this cafe a great experience. Will come again and highly recommend for everyone to try dining here.

We have a made a point to dine at a HR at every city we visit. This is HR #6
The Washington HR has as a really cool vibe.A little bit different set up than the others, but it’s bright and clean including the washrooms. The staff is warm and welcoming (even on a crazy July 4th weekend) and the atmosphere is great. Picked up a few things in the gift shop and the staff were helpful and friendly.
Wiliam, our server, was spot on par. True professional.
The food, Cobb salad with chicken and noodles bowl was delicious…thank you kitchen.
And finally a thank you to Erica, the supervisor, for the warm “table touch” …much appreciated. You don’t see this type of service anymore.

Came in on a Tuesday night at 6:30. Not very busy, and unfortunately started off poorly as there was no host/hostess as we stood at the front for quite a few minutes. We ended up walking into the gift shop as I always get a collectable pin for my mother when I am at Hard Rock Cafes. While in the gift shop we overheard the person behind the counter telling other shoppers “don’t buy gifts and stuff here, you can find better stuff elsewhere” at which point the people walked out.
Once we got seated service started out okay.
We noticed our server had to go behind the bar to make our drinks and they were quite poor especially for the price. A long island ice tea is not complicated and the electric blue my significant other ordered was super sour.
I ordered the Messi chicken sandwich and the taste was okay but the inconsistency with the actual sandwich was awful. I had one long piece of chicken that hung way off the sides of the bun and another that was maybe the size of a half dollar coin. So ate mostly breading with very little chicken.
We were never asked how things were or if we wanted more to drink…
Most of the staff seemed to be hanging out by the kitchen pass, which is visible to the majority of the restaurant, on their phones and having a good time with each other.
Overall very disappointed as I usually love stopping at Hard Rocks but I cannot recommend anyone come in here. Great shame and an unfortunate waste of a dinner on vacation.

My partner and I visit A Hard Rock Cafe whenever we are traveling & their is one near.
We happened to be in DC. This was our 2nd time this week. 1st visit to shop.
I got the steak fajitas, a brownie sundae, & cocktail hence the $30-$50 per person.
My partner got a beyond burger & salad.
His salad was excellent. The beyond burger was excellent. The bun less desirable. It was Gluten-free. So falling apart.
My steak fajitas were perfect. I just wished a little more cooked. There was a little pink. I just prefer my meat well done..
The brownie sundae was out of this world. The brownie was nice warm moist juicy.
Everything else perfect.

First time going to a hard rock outside the U.S. A different perspective because we normally go to a hard rock to have American food cravings. We had the ribs, classic burger, flatbread margherita, and buffalo wings. Food tasted fine and service was good.

We had a couple of beers and the Classic Smashed Burger – both were really good. The atmosphere was typical Hard Rock: lively, musical, and full of character. The service was friendly and the food came quickly. Overall, a good experience – would come back!

I went to Hard Hat DC while on a school trip and it was pretty nice. The fries I got were delicious and the chicken Caesar salad I got was not bad just a little small and unseasoned. We also got warm cookies which were delicious! Staff was nice and wait was reasonable but we had a reservation so I would recommend getting one. I do recommend going here for a meal.

Great location, a short walk away from all DC attractions. The smash burgers on their menu are really good, not greasy at all. Fries are good, well seasoned, but plating overall is very basic as you can see from the pictures. Our service tonight was okay, a bit delayed to put our order in with minimal follow up on additional needs. Luckily one of the other waitresses assisting was on point and very quick to respond. Great atmosphere to look around at all the memorabilia. The souvenir shop has a bunch of different options and the sales lady in there was great. Overall a good experience, worth the visit.

My family and I ate here for Thanksgiving. The food was great with large portions. The drinks were a little weak, but what was more disturbing is it seemed that our waitresses could not get our bill correct and even after we went over it time and again, my table still ended up being overcharged $44. Trying to tend to our elderly mom, the overcharge was not realized until we had left the city and started discussing it.
Looks like we’ll have to travel back into the city to resolve it or dispute it with the credit card company.
