Cakes and drinks are not good. I went here a couple of times (Before SB opened.) Employees gets flustered and not accomodating. My friend ordered birthday cupcakes, it was dry that nobody ate it. Starbucks is alot better, with nicer staff, plus no bums around.

Helpful staff, not sure about the choice to give their own names to beverages. How is anyone supposed to know what their usual beverage is on the menu? Makes for a longer order time searching for what your preferred beverage is referenced as.

My Almond Joy Frappe was the perfect drink to finish off my afternoon last week before I headed home for my nail appointment. Hard Bean has so many flavors to choose from. I will be returning for more drinks. Their cakes are so full of flavor and are decorated beautifully.

After being told by Market Basket, H‑E‑B and Walmart they wouldn’t accommodate what I wanted to order for a baby shower I was hosting I saw an advertisement for the Hard Bean on the side of one of their delivery vans. What a stroke of luck that was for me! I called and within minutes my order was seamlessly placed for our event. All of my guests raved about the club sandwich tray and wanted the name of the bakery I got the red velvet cupcakes from because they said they were the best they had ever had. Thank you ladies! Y’all were a godsend!

I’ve always held Hard Bean to a higher standard than other coffee shops but today was a shock. I only had a short amount of time to grab some food and a coffee before heading back to work. I was standing in line waiting to for the girl with the piercing through her nose to finish showing off how many tattoos she had to other customers before even acknowledging that I was standing there. Meanwhile two teachers had entered the building. They never asked if I was in line or if I had even ordered yet. Another Hard Bean employee came up to the counter and proceeded to ask the teachers that were behind me if she could take their order, I was just amazed at the lack of concern or even the fact that the two that came in AFTER ME didn’t even have the consideration to ask if I’ve been helped. Finally the girl with the tattoos came up and asked me if she could take my order, I politely told her I was next and that I didn’t have enough time to order anything but thanks anyways.

Woman that took my order really helped me in figuring out what drink I wanted. I told her what I liked and she gave me two options. One of which I chose and it was to my liking. Also, the cinnamon roll was really good.

These girls at hard bean silos know my husband and I’d order but heart. We pull up and they start making them as soon as they see our vehicles. They are always so sweet and cheerful in the mornings. Makes for a great start to our day!
