I love the coffee here and their danishes although i don’t typically cross paths with a friendly employee. Customer service can definitely improve. It’s a cute little place. Today I went to get coffee this morning before starting my errands and there were 2 gentleman waiting outside for an employee to show up to open up the building that was around 7am today. Long story short no one opened the building up and I had to go elsewhere. Super unprofessional!

We stopped here when we were passing through and got coffee, a breakfast burrito, and avocado toast. The food was delicious and the coffee was the best we’ve had in a while. The employee who helped us was also very nice. Wish we passed through more often!

Found this place in the town up the street, and it was exactly what I needed! First visit we ordered avocado toast, which was absolutely scrumptious. We also had a caramel macchiato and chai tea latte, which hit the spot. Oh, can’t forget the turnover! The atmosphere is very comfortable and even offers a room that has comfy chairs and a large table for meetings. This is a great place to do some computer work while enjoying a coffee.

I am more of a tea drinker then a coffee girl. I am usually sorely disappointed though when I order tea and get a tea bag and some warm water. Hard Bean exceeded my expectations yesterday when I met a friend there. The tea was loose leaf and microbrewed and it was delicious!

Cute place with nice staff, but the menu is ridiculous. No matter the size, all drinks come with only one shot of espresso! If you actually want to taste the espresso, plan to spend a lot of money buying the extra shots to properly make the drink. The coffee quality is average at best.
