I was there for Valentine’s. Very nice servers and I loved how fresh n well-made the sashimi n Ngiri’s were specially the tuna and red snapper. Absolutely loveddd the guinea chick Lobster too.

Excellent food. I had lamb Milanese with pasta al olio and my husband had freshly caught tuna. They were both delicious. For dessert, my husband had tiramisu and I had apple crêpes. Both were yummy. The service was excellent, and the bread they served when we arrived was fresh and tasty. It is on the pricier side, but the food makes it worthwhile. The glassed-in area beside the water is the most cozy, but it felt a bit chilly when we were there, and so we sat in the brighter area near the bar. I think the lighting could be improved in that area.

I cannot say enough about our experience here. I had the bronzino and my husband had the sole; both were delicious. The chocolate cake with caramel sauce was to die for!
Our waitress, Yuwaluck, went absolutely above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. So many nice touches…she saw that I wanted ice in my white wine and actually spooned it in for me. We sat outside by the water and she brought us bread to feed the fish. We tried to leave her a large tip and she actually refused a $20, saying, “Too much! Just come back!” At the end of the night, she waited with us to make sure our taxi came. If we vacation in Bermuda again, we certainly will come back!

Our evening at Harbourfront was spectacular. The service was attentive and helpful, the food was delicious, and each plate looked like a work of art! The moon was bright & beautiful & we were seated right next to the water. (weather permitting) Years ago, we had dinner at their old location on Front Street, and that was very nice, but this is a whole new level for The Harbourfront. I highly recommend it, and you won’t be disappointed.

Terrible experience. Vlad the server was inattentive and unfriendly. Service was painfully slow. Really slow! It took 30 mins to get our first drink. Server came to table a few times and never asked if we needed more drinks. I ordered the filet a potato and a salad. 2 hours later they all arrived at once! The steak was cold and overcooked. The bread was good and the sushi roll was decent. Atmosphere was nice out on the water. We were on a corporate event 6 in our group. Another couple from our group sat two tables over and I just asked about their experience and they have exactly the same opinion.

I had high hopes for this place. We were warmly greeted and seated at the back of the patio, apparently to stay out of the sun. It was warm, so I understand. The menu was massive, with everything under the sun including sushi, Italian, seafood and beef entrees, with lots of each. The menu has some interesting descriptions that we asked our server (Vlad) about and he struggled to say anything helpful. Short cryptic answers that were not helpful. My wife and I are adventurous diners but we’re unable to get any clarity on our questions to help us . I feel like we missed out on what may have been a great dining experience, instead leaving us frustrated with our whole experience. Having come in town from the South shore made it even more unsatisfying. I would be reluctant to recommend this restaurant to others, knowing there are safer choices.

Food and drinks were delicious but the service was terrible. Apart from the 40 minute wait for one sushi roll and one maki roll, the waiter did not even know there was a sushi special on. Some training or preparation could make the experience better.
