This is the BEST place for burgers! Their steaks are fantastic too. Everything is delicious! We go there when we’re out boating, snowmobiling or anytime we’re out there. The staff is so nice and I am proud to support this Veteran owned establishment. Joe and Marisa are great!

We went on a little getaway and stopped into Harborview for lunch and drinks — and I was so pleasantly surprised by the food! It was so good that we ended up going back the next day for another meal.
We had the steak sandwich, onion rings, LOBSTER flatbread, cheeseburger, and the owner even made me a special order of animal fries! Everything was seriously delicious.
The service was great, and both owners, Joe and Marisa, were so welcoming and lovely. We had fun playing the machines and some pull tabs too.
If you’re traveling through Phillips, this is a must-stop. It’s right on the lake and, in my opinion, the best bar and restaurant in town!

It was such a pleasure to meet Joe the owner and share personal stories and experiences. The patrons at the bar were very welcoming with conversation while watching the packer game. Went in with my wife and family, including my 87 year old Mother. The owner was absolutely plastered! Almost appeared as though he was on drugs. Started an argument with my wife over a chair and tried to fight my brother. We all ended up having to leave just to get away from him. He followed all of us out into the parking lot getting into peoples faces. This guy has some serious anger management issues. Went from happy to losing his mind in the drop of an hat. Interact with him at your own risk.

We had a wonderful experience at Harbor View at the Lake. The food was excellent—the burgers was juicy, and the steaks were tender and perfectly cooked. Pair that with friendly service and a relaxing lake view, and it made for a great visit. Highly recommend!

Food was great, atmosphere was good. The not great part was, they only had 1 waitress & 1 bartender on staff. It was very busy & the waitress was busting her tail trying to keep up with orders, checks, refills & other requests. She did AWESOME . The disappointing part was when I asked if they were calling in extra help the response was NO. MY appetizer came with the meal….. I completely blame the management!! They should support their staff & guests WAY better!!
I understand these are challenging times for food establishments, but seeing as I’m traveling for business & this was my 3rd stop trying to get lunch, these owners had better realize if they don’t step it up they will loose business, I almost left due to the wait just to order my drink.
To the management/owners: Your restaurant was very busy on a Saturday afternoon, show your patrons that you CARE about their business vs broadcasting the message that you’re cutting staffing trying to save $1 on overhead. Even 1 more person waiting tables would make a huge improvement!

Was having an ok time, owner was amiable at first then became agitated towards one of our group. Instead of deescalating the situation, he became very aggressive, wanting to initiate combat because , I don’t know ,he’s a former green beret? Congratulations on your ability to stay calm in the face of a woman putting a foot on a chair. It was quite interesting how your staff seemed terrified of you and unwilling to intervene in anyway to hold you back. Parking lot area was poorly, shoveled and icy, possible lawsuit envisioned in the future. Perhaps you should seek some counseling or consider an alternate tax shelter for your “Cbd” operations. Based on his glassy eyed appearance he was possible high as a kite. Good luck on your future endeavors!

Harbor view restaurant is under new ownership and the owner, Joe, is an aviation enthusiast as well as a retired military person. Food and service were very good. My burger was cooked perfectly to my request. The fries were crispy and tasty.
Food is good and, for those of you who are private pilots, it’s about a 2 min walk from the airport ramp. It’s too bad they don’t have a pedestrian crosswalk. Perhaps the town of Phillips or Price County could add some signage to make the crossing safer.

Harbor View is a staple of Phillips. It is a really good bar and grill with fantastic views of the lake. I enjoyed the chicken on my last trip, ate most of it and I was stuffed. Friends had burgers and salad, it all looked good. Pretty basic beer list but don’t let that from stopping you from trying Harbor View.

Going to Harborview is always enjoyable. The new owners and all of the staff are always friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. The food is delicious. There are beautiful views. Kid friendly environment. Just an all around pleasant experience every time. We will continue to go back and show our support.
