This place claimed it was open when I arrived with it being in the exact middle of the time it was supposed to be open. We were in town for a week and stopped here every single morning for breakfast, we loved it that much. The caprese toast is so fresh and delicious as well as the açaí bowls. The smoothies are filling and super tasty. The strawberry banana smoothie was our fave but we wish we could have tried them all. What a great spot for a delicious and healthy meal.

We were looking for an açai bowl place while staying in Boothbay Harbor. Our entire family ordered either an açai bowl or a protein shake, and every single item we got was amazingly fresh and delicious. The açai bowls were topped with super fresh berries, and the Açaí mix itself is just pure Açaí (I was really happy about that one, no fillers).
The place itself is super cute, features, local artists’ work for sale, and the owner was super friendly and so sweet!
We already plan to return anytime we are in the area.
Highly recommend taking that very short drive out of the center of downtown Boothbay Harbor, just a few minutes and completely worth it.

Harbor Nutrition has quickly become my favorite place in Maine. I have been getting açaí bowls here for two summers now, and have not found a better açaí bowl. Every bowl is made with the freshest fruit, and most delicious açaí. The staff are wonderful, always kind, and friendly. I have recommended Harbor Nutrition to all my friends and family. It’s so delicious, and healthy, so I actually feel good eating it. Which is also why I get it almost everyday…Cannot say enough good things about this place!!
