Ate at Harbor three times in one weekend- it was that good. Staff is welcoming and attentive. The waterfront view is nice. Our group thought every dish in every meal was excellent! Cocktails are unique and tasty. Such a great addition to Orcas!

Harbor Bar and Grill has new ownership and a new chef, and it shows in the best possible way. This spot ended up being a highlight of our trip – we went back 3 times in 2 days. The menu is thoughtfully curated with global influences and packed with flavor — you can’t go wrong!!
Every dish we tried was outstanding: the mussels were perfectly cooked (best we’ve had in the US), the oysters were briny and fresh, and the fish tacos were perfectly battered and paired with an incredible habanero pineapple salsa, fries were a 10/10. Cocktails were balanced and creative with a festive flair, and the staff was warm and welcoming throughout.

Nice seating on a large patio overseeing the pretty marina and bay, lots of sunny and shade options of tables and dog friendly as a huge added bonus!
We came specifically for oysters on the half shell and ending up adding a delicious shrimp cob salad and 2 fabulous San Juan Lagers. Everything was fantastic, the serving sizes were generous and we really appreciated the fast and attentive service.
We both work in the food and beverage industry and don’t hand out 5 stars across the board on a whim – these stars are well deserved – nice work Harbor Bar and Grill, we’ll be back!

Such a wonderful staff and great food! We came here for 3 days during a vacation and ate there 3 times lol. Tried most of the menu and each item had good taste all around. Highly recommend. The muscles were our favorite!

Had a great night at Harbor Bar & Grill on Orcas Island. The vibe is cozy and beautiful with boats out on the water and string lights that make everything feel like the perfect summer evening. The bucatini and shrimp scampi was spot-on delicious. The pasta had a nice fresh lemony flavor and the shrimp were perfectly cooked. The drinks were solid and refreshing too. Nick gave us excellent service, super friendly and attentive, and really made the evening better. Looking forward to our next visit!

My Father and I really enjoy this place. This is our 3rd visit. They put a lot of thought into their food. I do miss our favorite waitress. Dogs are welcome. The view and atmosphere is priceless.

Visited 3 times in 4 days, yes, you read that right.
That alone should tell you how much we loved this spot. Sure, it was walking distance from where we were staying, but convenience alone doesn’t earn that kind of loyalty.
The location is easy to find with stunning views that set the perfect backdrop. The service was absolutely top-tier. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. They were knowledgeable about the wine list and food pairings, and even adjusted umbrellas and heaters without us having to ask. Thoughtful touches like that go a long way.
The mussels might be the best I’ve had on the island taking my #1 favorite food experience of the long weekend. As a Louisiana girl, I hold a high standard for a po’boy, and this one passed the test. Crispy, seasoned just right, and true to its roots. The French fries were amazing as well. The oysters were sweet, fresh, and served with a light sauce that didn’t overpower.
The whole vibe of the place was spot-on. Can’t wait to bring our family and friends here next time. 5/5.

What a great view! We would have rather have eaten at the Mansion but it was closed. Looks like it’s close for good but this was out on the docks. Nice breeze. Nice view of the marina. We really enjoyed our lunch. Had the ceviche which was excellent. Had oysters on the half shell. Also excellent and fish tacos with rockfish. I had never had fish tacos with rockfish before grill. They offer them fried but I asked for them grilled and they were awesome. Portions were a little small but we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Had a great experience. If I could food 6 stars I would. The steelhead and tri color potatoes were perfectly flavored. Seafood stew with local toasted bread was perfection. Basque cheesecake, I highly recommend . The cozy bar- bar chairs only – faces the water and that is where we chose to sit . Make reservations for bar if you can. Outside looks nice too. Tim, the owner is super friendly and accommodating. Patt, the bartender is known by some as best bartender in the island.
