I really enjoyed this experience! I came in early for breakfast and there wasn’t much of a crowd. The view was so nice, and being as though I’ve not made it to Seattle, this was exactly as I’d assume it is there! The waitress was attentive, but not smothering. I sat there and enjoyed the entire rotation which took about an hour but it was such a nice vibe with the decor, music, food and drinks! Ill definitely be back!

The view is amazing in this revolving restaurant. You seat yourself, then scan a code to order and pay. The Walleye was cooked perfect and had a delicious batter. We also ordered chicken wings with Cajun seasoning. Great flavor without much heat (which I like)

I love the view of Duluth I thought it was cool how the restaurant rotates the people are nice though there was one person serving (Jenna) the whole restaurant which I thought was weird but they were nice the lemonade was good and so were the mini corndogs it did take a while for the food to arrive but it was busy so it was fine it just gave me more time to see the view

We had a good dining experience despite dealing with food intolerances. Most menu items contain dairy and nearly all contain egg.I tried calling to ask about menu ingredients twice within a week ahead of our event which went unreturned. Once there, the waitress was very courteous and helpful in finding us options that won’t cause illness. We were with a group of about 30 and the service was quick, accurate and friendly.

I had been to the restaurant that was there before but not Harbor 360. I tried their Gouda Mac and Cheese and it was delicious. My kids were happy with their kids meals. One got a cheeseburger and fries. The other got corn dog nuggets with fries. My Mom had their Spaghetti and meatballs. All looked and feasted amazing. The view is what I was excited about but then to have great food and service was wonderful. The cherry on top was having caramel topped cheesecake while playing connect four with my child while enjoying all of it. It was a little difficult ordering just because I couldn’t take off an item when ordering from my phone. And it was hard to get the server to come to our table but it was a slow time during the day. Hope they get the leak in the roof fixed.

Food is good. Prices are really good. Chicken and wild rice soup is amazing. Servers are generally great. The QR ordering system makes it hard cause you don’t really have dedicated server but they all are super helpful. Not too stocked about the QR codes.

The food is literally worst than any beat up roadside bus. We ordered mac and cheese which was made like came out of microwave( worst than frozen from Walmart) the walleye fingers were over fried, the salad was ok but overpriced for this quality, the tater tots were good better than anything else. We ordered walleye from dinner menu and it was way salty.
The only good thing about this place was the rotating view to the city. Staff was okay this time. They have automated system to order and pay so was pretty easy.

Such a fun dinning experience in Downtown Duluth on the top floor of the Radisson as you get a 360 views since it’s a revolving restaurant as the floor moves so during your meal you can see it all! The bar doesn’t move but faces the lift bridge. The food was alright and could use a little updating but the views and rotation make up for it all. Also got games to play too.

Health inspector please shut this down. The carpet is filthy and sticky. There is food on the tables and they are seriously understaffed. after walking in the door I walked out after 3 minutes. Just filthy. Very sad to see. The only positive was the young lady working there. She had a good attitude and was pleasant. What a shame to have her work in these conditions.
Shameful, sad, and totally unnecessary.

The views are good, and the food is decent. Service is disappointing. You seat yourself and scan the QR code on your table to order for yourself. It looked like all the tables were just being cleared of dishes but not wiped, so ours had crumbs all over it. Anything you want, you put into the website yourself, and someone brings it out. We went on a Saturday for breakfast. The place was decently busy, and they had one server/bartender for the entire restaurant. She was trying her best, but you’re certainly not going to get the service here that you would find somewhere else. It is affordable and rarely busy, so we come back somewhat regularly for those reasons. Depending on the time of day, you might want to bring sunglasses.
It was also disappointing that the menu doesn’t state that the breakfast sandwich comes with hashbrowns. Our party ordered a side of hashbrowns just to have it all go to waste (and the money go to waste) since the sandwich already came with them.
