Had my first & last visit on 1/3/2026 service was awful. The cashier had nails as long as my finger. We waited 45 minutes. We seen a lady bringing food & putting it on a shelf as we continued to wait finally we received our food the same food a lady put on the shelf at least 10 minutes before she handed to us. I asked why she was just giving us food we seen sitting for so long. Her response was they supposed to tell me they put the food behind me. Our $42 worth of food cold at that point we just wanted our money back. The Manager came from next door when they called him because they didn’t know how to do a refund. They told him what happened he said nothing to me & took all 3 boxes of food & threw it across the room onto the floor & all he said was your money will be back by tomorrow. My ticket number was 49

Called in for an order spent 37 dollar’s for my food just to hear one of the workers on the phone talking shit about me and other customers ordering their call in orders. The worker forgot to hang up the phone and I heard her talking about the customers like a dog. What she didn’t realize is that I was still on the phone and I was close to the store. I went in the store and got a full refund for my food. I will not pay for food from a places that talk about the customer’s in that matter at all. Even when I got in the store her attitude sucked and she still insisted on having a bad attitude. Well I got my refund and she got fired.

Ordered from the Cincinnati Ohio store on North Bend Road. Their cheesecake comes with mold on it! The manager said to contact corporate and had the delivery driver come back to pick up the slice of cheesecake. Corporate solution was $31 worth of in store credits.

Ordered delivery online. No butter parmesan on my crust at all dry and over baked!!! Barely any kind of cheese was thin as ever as can see. Toppings we’re basically non existent when it came to the bacon. Used to be a whole lot better. Box was stapled shut called prior to make sure my order notes were seen as had ordered online and the girl named Kelly said she’d make sure that my order was correct and had called back an she answers put on hold an someone named Anthony said she’s on another line and said that they may be able to take some money off my next order. He didn’t even ask my name or anything!!! Asked to talk to manager he said gm named JP would be in tomorrow. Also said they are under new management. This is unacceptable will be calling on Christmas day better get your stuff together Happy’s!!!

Order $87 tip $10 total $97 in food. Ordered 3 sandwich’s with cheese added to all 3 fries, 1lb of wings, sm salad, big cookie, 2 2 liters of Pepsi, 1 2 liter of Mt dew. please bring Parmesan cheese packets, red pepper packets, plates and napkins. Order delivered driver brought 2 2 liters of Mt dew, 1 2 liter of Pepsi, all 3 sandwich’s came with zero cheese on sandwichs, zero cheese on fries, no paper plates, napkins, no Parmesan cheese packets, no red pepper packets. The only thing that was good was the delivery time the food was hot. Ordered at 3:30pm food was for dinner so food was no looked at at delivery time. Food was put in over till everyone was home to eat, we usually just reheat the food. We do this all the time. Everyone home, get food out to reheat. Zero cheese on anything, even no cheese on all 3 sandwich’s that is to be made with cheese. Called Happy’s around 5pm after we looked at food. Young lady who said she was the manager sent me a text saying this is Happy’s send pictures of the food. So we sent those pictures. She called me back and said she called the cook who made the food and he said he knows he put cheese on everything for our order, and she can see where cheese was on the sandwich’s. She can credit my account for $2. Because the original order was even taken wrong. Cheese was only to be added to 2 orders of fries. So they couldn’t even take the order right. SHE ACTUALLY SAID SHE CAN SEE WHERE THE CHEESE WAS ON THE SANDWICH’S THAT WE PICKED OFF!!! SO WE ORDERED ALMOST $100 WORTH OF FOOD TO TAKE ALL OUR CHEESE OFF, CALL AND DO WHAT? MESS UP OUR FOOD WE WAS EATING FOR DINNER FOR WHAT REASON!! They mess up 1 or 2 things every time we order, and calling the North Bend location is worthless. The owner is rude when you talk to him also! He is too worried about his other business he sells out of that location than the restaurant he needs to be running and making sure his employees know how to read a dang order ticket and make the food right!! But he probably makes more money off his illegal side business they running out of there to give a beep about the restaurant part of his business!! Sad cus no other food delivery place will step foot in Winton Terrace. Ugh frustrating!!

The pizza is descent tasting but entirely too expensive! I ended up spending 21 dollars on 2 small pizzas which for that price I could have gotten 2 mediums. They seem to really tax you on the toppings which are so finely chopped that they might as well not be there. This was first time coming here and unless there is absolutely no other place open or if Im feeding a group I wont be back.
