Called in order only started making when I arrived so made me late to work. Over price I paid over 21.00 for two small salad’s priced as large with supposed extra chicken and no napkins with my to go order placed my order on counter and was on to the next. Shortage of staff effected service. If I’m short on time I will order elsewhere. The food was good though.

Happys is always delicious and fast. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name but I had two separate orders put in by two people and we I came in he immediately remember what we were doing and food was hot and ready. Always happy to go to happys!

Unprofessional staff that won’t acknowledge you, they make sure to wait 10-15 minutes until AFTER you get to the store to even start making the order. If this store pops up your best bet is to reject it, just not worth the wait, frustration, or missing out on orders for.
(Unless you are alright with waiting 30 mins for a $3 tip.)

What a joke! First time ever trying this place and the picture of their hamburgers looked good but when you get them, they’re smaller than White Castle Burgers. And White Castle Burgers taste better. Hard to believe Happy’s Pizza is around being close to mancino’s Pizza who blows them away.

Why is this Happy’s always failing and they always have an excuse?? I wouldn’t even go to the battle creek location if the Kalamazoo one were open.
Always out of something, always messing up orders, always trying to substitute something cheaper and I wouldn’t be surprised if keeping the difference.
Listen I love Happy’s chain. I am sure to get it for my wife every time we go back to MI, but this location is the worst of the whole chain.

The food is made fresh and tastes absolutely amazing. I have had the chicken tenders, fries, and chocolate custard and I highly recommend all of it. The staff has been friendly and helpful. I know this store is still new and working out the small details, but I would rather have everything made fresh and have it be hot than go to other places where it’s old, cold, and makes me sick! Prices are amazing for portions and I love the variety offered here.

Changing my previous 5 star review to 1! I’ve been a loyal Happy’s customer for years. I am disappointed in say the customer service and treatment I’ve received lately will make me most likely to never order here again. I recently placed a $62 delivery order. They use Door Dash for their delivery service now and no longer their own drivers. I always screenshot my orders when I order online just to verify my order. I received my order incorrectly made. I contacted both Door Dash and the store immediately. Door Dash told me to contact the store. The store told me they would take care of it that night or in the morning, but not without arguing at first saying I didn’t order that way but I proved them wrong after explaining I had screenshots of my order. A week later, it’s still not taken care of. I called the store again today and spoke to the same guy. I was told he would have a GM contact me and he said it’s only $10.It was more for the sub regardless I shouldn’t have to chase anyone to make it right when you guys messed up my order and I explained the exclusions on the food was for a person with food allergies! So here’s 1 star for you and I’m not changing it!
