I had wings and fries delivered on 2/21/25. After eating my second fry I noticed a loose staple in my fries that had not been stapled to anything. I checked my food container to see if I may have flipped it in my food but there were no holes in my food box. I checked my brown bag it came in and the 2 staples used were still in the bag and the other in coupon paper stapled to the bag. HOW DID A STAPLE FALL INTO MY FOOD? I called the restaurant and explained to the employee he apologized and said he was going get the manager. The employee came back and said the manager told him to ask me if I wanted ny food remade. I declined and requested a refund which they honored.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN PREPARING FOOD! THIS SITUATION COULD HAVE BEEN TERRIBLE IF A ELDERLY PERSON, TODDLER, CHILD, TEEN OR AN ADULT CONSUMED WITHOUT NOTICING.
Staplers and any foreign objects that could be harmful if digested should NOT be in the food prep areas. The manager could have handled this situation and at bare minimum observed prep areas to ensure they are clean and safe.

“Amazing service! The food was great, especially the pepperoni pizza — the quality was amazing. The guy who gave me my order was super nice and even gave me free ranch. I can’t believe they have such a low rating; they definitely deserve at least a four stars. The food and service were both excellent — I’ll definitely be coming back!”

I’ve been a loyal customer of this pizza place for over 10 years, but unfortunately, the quality and service have gone downhill. My past few orders have been disappointing—pizza lacking cheese or sauce, wings dry and sometimes burnt. Each time, I tried to be patient, hoping it was just a one-off.
What made it worse was when I finally reached out to speak with the manager. Instead of listening to my concerns, he was dismissive, cut me off several times, and acted like my feedback didn’t matter. I wasn’t asking for anything free—just wanted my food made properly like it used to be.
It’s incredibly frustrating to spend money at a place you’ve supported for years and be treated like you’re the problem. I’m sad to say I won’t be returning until they start caring about their customers again.

Called and tried to order for a customer who then wanted to cancel their order, so I call later on for me and the same lady who answered earlier today around 4 o clock on August 21,2024, also hung up in my face at 6 after saying shes not taking my order because I had a canceled order, and when I asked her to speak to a manager about me getting food for myself. Had to call back 6 times after that because she did not want to take my order or talk on the phone, finally got a hold of someone else who properly took my order I’m guessing it was the manager.
They definitely could use new employees who aren’t so rude and hangs up in people’s faces and then not try to answer the phone because they have coward out.
