I’ve been a very loyal customer of this Happy’s Pizza location for a long time and I order frequently, usually spending around $40 each time. I’ve never had an issue until today, and unfortunately it changed my entire perception of their customer service.
I ordered 10 shrimp and received only 8. When I called to have it corrected, I was told they could only send two shrimp because remaking the order would equal 18 shrimp. That response was extremely disappointing. If the mistake was on your end, I shouldn’t have to negotiate over receiving what I already paid for. As a consistent customer, I expected a simple apology and a proper replacement, not pushback over two pieces of shrimp.
I did not argue. I accepted the credit and decided I’ll just spend my money where it’s appreciated. It’s unfortunate that something so small became a reason to lose a loyal customer, but it showed me how little they value returning business. Very disappointing.

Delivered earlier than expected, delivery driver followed instructions, extra sauces and napkins were included and food was very hot and tasty. Wings were fried a tad too long. Will order again!

The manager of this facility really doesn’t know how to handle customers.. the woman answering the phone for my order failed to notify me that there is cheesy bread rather than garlic bread. I don’t know if it was the lack of school or lack of English, but I got handed some soft baked bread with sesame seed up on top of it . The manager told me he can give me some garlic seasoning. All I asked for was to be able to exchange this soft baked bread that I paid for and the difference for a cheese bread.. I tried explaining in 10 different ways that the person answering the phone geared me into the wrong way of my purchase and that’s not what I wanted to buy..

The First time I tried their Smoked wings they actually looked smoked and were pretty good. The 2nd and final time straight 100% baked/microwave vibes. The Detroit location I go to actually tastes like it’s been grilled and has marks. Please don’t half ass on the food put more love into it and actually look at what you’re giving us.

I ordered a veggie pizza with I believe cajun crust. The pizza was dented on the side, but that did not take away from the great taste. Now I was disappointed in the wings. They were supposed to be dipped in the sause, but it just seemed like it was poured over them. Also, it was only 6 wing dings(one was broken), but the offer said a pound. Overall, the food wasn’t bad. Just need a few improvements on things.

Food is cold and saugy. My fries were saugy and they refused to remake the fries fresh for me. I wouldn’t recommend eating here because if you don’t like the quality of your order due to it sitting awaiting your pick up and or a delivery they won’t remake the food/order or work with you to make sure you’re a satisfied customer.

Almost everytime i go here i am disappointed. Today while picking up my order another customer was complaining about wanting a refund for bad food. I laughed and said oh they just want free stuff. After getting home I see what they meant. The pizza was so watery the cheese slid right off. Half of my order was edible.

Used to be our go to pizza place but recently customer service and quality has declined. Now they just spam our phones with coupons that don’t exist when you go to order the pizza. Either honor your coupons or stop spamming my phone!

Very good food! Unfortunately, as you can see in the photo, my boyfriend & I do not have furniture at the moment as we have just moved to the Detroit metro area. We still enjoyed eating on the floor, though! Great pizza, amazing mozzarella sticks & definitely a place to get food from again! With love! ❤️
