Happy’s Pizza is not your typical pizza delivery place because we deliver more than just great pizza. You’d be hard-pressed to find another restaurant that offers dry-rubbed ribs, smoked and chargrilled in-house, delivered to your door. We have a full menu of BBQ, chicken, subs, seafood, salads, and the best wings in town. Our bread is freshly baked and always topped off with garlic butter and parmesan cheese. I ordered a delivery for my mom to a nursing home. She had cash to pay for it! The driver had to wait in the lobby for my mom ( because they dont want random people to go in residents rooms). An employee went to go get her food because she can not walk. She gave the driver her money and he walked away (without giving her, her change). The receptionist chased the man down. He said he did not have change ($5 after tip) and said it was not his problem. He asked the receptionist if she had change and 2 other random people passing by. The receptionist said it was up to him because he is a PIZZA DELIVERY DRIVER. He said look at me does it look like I have change? He then called my mom and told her he didn’t have change and left ( without giving change). I called “NOT” so HAPPY PIZZA and spoke to the manager who said that it is NOT up to the driver to give change and that the person who ordered needs to have exact change! I will be calling corporate because the driver STOLE from my mom!
