I do not recommend going to this happy wok location. I have had food there that has been bad twice now -the rice is so dry and nasty. I did not enjoy my meal. I thought maybe they just had a bad night but I got food from there again and it was just as horrible. I will not make the mistake of returning for a third time

the chicken wasn’t cooked, the fried rice tasted like cardboard, there was a hair in the orange chicken, and the wonton soup tasted like dirty water, not to mention we ordered noodles and they gave us a container of just vegetables no noodles

Good food, good prices but the people who work there are amazing. My van died right in front of the building after I picked up my family’s dinner and the guy who worked the counter literally spent an hour trying to get it to start. It was so cold and he was out there helping me. When we came back a few hours later to try again, he came back out to offer help and then brought a hot tea.
Definitely amazing, and im very thankful.
Will continue to go here often.

I always had good food from this place. Until tonight. I had beef chow mein and egg drop soup. Birh were the worse food I have ever had from anywhere. It went directly into to garbage! I will nevwr go back there again!

We have ordered consistently from this location for many years, occasionally there will be an issue but nothing major and it was always fixed. Today I called to place an order for delivery, when I completed the order, the woman on the line asked if she could call back in 5 minutes to get my address. Thought it was strange, but whatever, I hung up and waited, when she didn’t call back, I called again, stating that I had placed a delivery order and was asked to call back. She placed me on hold, then another employee came in the line, and he asked if I could call back again, because they were “a little busy”. Frustrated, I told them to cancel the order and hung up. Other locations may be better, but I can’t recommend calling this one.

Changing my review. For several months now, the service at this restaurant has been horrible. The person answering the phone, obliviously English is not their first language, but if you are going to take orders by phone you have to be able to understand what consumers are saying and be understood in return. They hang up in the middle of ordering, and when you call back get put on never-ending hold. I’ll give my money to the store by Valli’s. They have a better menu.

Called , said delivery would be 45 to an hour. Said hold please. Came back on and said he took 5 orders before me so delivery would be addition half hour or more.which would be close to almost 2hours. Needless to say won’t go there anymore.
