So I ordered dinner for my husband and I yesterday and I ordered two orders Of crab rangoon and one of the orders I had a piece of napkin completely stuck to my food. I got shrimp fried rice, and my carrots and peas were not cooked at all. They were still very much raw. The rice was very hard. Definitely will be looking for a different place to be ordering from cause that was definitely not $70 .

Good food for a quick and eventual meal. I recommend the fried rice with shrimp and the won ton soup. The Singapore style low mein is find but hot. The service is oriented for to go. But they have tables if you want to eat in place.

The crab Rangoons is the best in the area!! I’m always in here getting lunch before work. The website never works for me idk why but they are super nice and helpfil if u order over the phone

I ordered the rangoons and shrimp lo mein last night for dinner, and now have horrible food poisoning on Christmas day. Wasn’t able to eat with my family or socialize. Staff were friendly, but something was contaminated.

I placed an order at happy wok today and they got my order wrong, I offered a $5 tip and they took $10 instead of $5 I got the receipt to prove it. I live in Alabama and I choose the wok for some good egg rolls and they sent me the wrong one. My food was also sent by a little boy who asked me to please to give him a five-star rating but my order was wrong and they took a $10 tip when I told them to take a $5 tip. To me it seems like all they wanted to do was get as much as money as possible and all I wanted was some good food and instead I was cheated I would never eat anything from the happy wok again and plus I would tell all my friends what happened

Not the best food around. I had egg roll and sweet and sour chicken chicken. Both were extremely subpar. Not sure how they stay in business when there are so many fair to good Chinese places to go to. Try any place first.

All of the Happy Woks are managed independently. The one in South Beloit is my favorite because I like the food from here the best.

Usually great. My only issue is my soda is never filled fully. I know root beer is foamy but you should wait and fill it to the top. I paid for a full soda and that’s what I want.

We order from Happy Wok a lot. It’s always good. I like the Won Ton Soup and steamed dumplings.
I don’t like that I have to ask for plasticware on my Togo orders when I use the drive through.
