This place use to be one of my favorite.
It smells terrible in there it looks like it’s about to fall down.
I’m surprised that the health department hasn’t closed them down yet.(They sure needs to)!!!
It’s so disgusting..
The manager should stop being so cheap and just REMODEL!!
I’m not talking my business there anymore because I work to hard for my money to just throw it away on that trash….

I ordered myself and my husband dinner from there. I went in my bedroom to relax, watch TV and eat. My mind said turn on the light. I took one bite than turn on my light. Long story short there was a dead, greasy fired black fly in my fired rice. I took it back to her. She said if you want something else I will cook it myself. There was a man who was cooking. That was my last time I ordered or ate there. Just nasty.

My safety is more important than eating here! It was filthy and I called in an order. When I pulled up and saw the area it was located and how dirty the windows were and bars on the windows I didn’t even get my order, I just left! Don’t recommend

It smelled in there like spoil meats. I’ve worked in a Chinese restaurant 9 years and I know it doesn’t suppose to smell like that. I ordered house fried rice and an egg roll. The rice was over cooked it was a meat that was overcooked I guess the pork the shrimp was strong tasting. The egg roll even tasted funny. I tried to give it to my son and he said it wasn’t right. I’ve eaten at plenty of Chinese restaurants and this here is by far the worst. This was my first time and my last. I am sick toy stomach now and I only had two or three bites of the rice and one bite of the egg roll

I’ve first tried happy wok in 2004 there cheeseburger subs were so delicious. I went there today expecting them to be out of business, but they were still open. safe to say I enjoyed a 6″ cheeseburger sub and a pint of house special fried rice. I even gave the cook a hug. I remembered him from when I was 18. I’ll be 39 in four days. I highly recommend happy wok ❤️

The $7.95 lunch menu consists of a list of dishes to choose from. After selecting the lo mein, she said it will be $2 more. I asked why is it $2 more and she began speaking fast and unrecognizable in an attempt to confuse and frustrate me into accepting the additional up charge. When I asked which dishes could I get for the advertised $7.95, she reluctantly pointed at the first thing which was pepper steak. There was clearly a list of dishes to choose from.
I like pepper steak so I went ahead and ordered it, but it was clear that she just wanted to charge an additional $2 for nothing. Have you ever had a lingering uneasy feeling about the price of a meal you paid for? But dismissed it as I “maybe I was wrong or didn’t add it up right” don’t dismiss it at this place. They are shady and will add additional up charge for nothing.
I believe they do this because they are aware that this is the only Chinese place in the neighborhood or surrounding area

Absolutely the worst in service and attitude!! I’ve ordered from this place about 10 times or more over the last year and a half and I am done. The food is okay but the guy that works there is MEAN and rotten to well paying customers. A couple of examples: one time he made something other than what we ordered, and screamed at us from the grill because we asked him to make what we actually ordered instead. Why are you screaming at us if YOU were the one that messed up the order?? He should be apologizing, not screaming about it! The last straw was when I ordered a dinner combo and asked for noodles instead of rice as my side, understanding that there would be an up charge. Instead, he gives me rice, and then makes a whole lo mein meal in addition to the dinner I ordered, increasing my bill by $10. I told him I didn’t order a chicken lo mein, but that I simply asked for noodles instead of rice as my side. He went ballistic on me and refused to adjust the bill. Again, I’ve come to this place many times, he sees I’m a regular customer. I told him, he can either correct the bill, or, I’ll pay for what I didn’t order but it would THE LAST TIME I ever went there again. He didn’t care, he wanted me to pay for something I didn’t actually order. This person is costing the business their customers and if he is the owner, which I think he is, he needs to remove himself from the environment before he completely runs off all of the customers and is forced to close.
Note: The woman that works there is fine and there is one younger gentleman I’ve seen there who is wonderful in service but I haven’t seen him in a long time.
