Ordered Sesame Chicken. It was sooo overcooked, actually inedible. Could not even poke it on my fork. Usually go there every week and when I told her about it this week, all she said was oh. No refund, no discount on new order. Wonder what happened to customer satisfaction and customer service. Think it’s time to find another Chinese restaurant.

Spent $65.00 to feed 2 adults and 2 children. There is no AC in building, it was super hot! The food was not good at all. My daughter got orange chicken she couldn’t even use a fork to pick up the pieces of chicken because it was so overcooked. Then I got coconut shrimp and it was underdone and the breading was extremely doughy. Everything kind of tasted like oil that had gotten too hot or a griddle that had been left on too long. It all had a really funky taste. I ordered hot and sour soup was my meal never received it. Didn’t worry about it because the rest of the meal was so terrible that I didn’t feel like the soup would be much better. I don’t usually write bad reviews but this was a really terrible experience.

There is no as of today Dine in its only take out Good food. Reasonably priced I had sweet n sour chicken ,they do serve the thick sweet red sauce, my husband had the chicken kung pow(how ever its spelled) it had A LOT of celery overload. but he ordered it with beef not chicken like he was given. Egg roles were good as well as egg drop soup thats a small size in the pictures. That size was plenty.

I got food here months ago and it was great but today it took 30 minutes for the food which is fine but when I got it it was nasty. Chicken was over cooked and tasted like they haven’t changed oil in years. Everything tastes bland and cheap. I got almost a whole container of rice and a hand full of chicken with the combo.

The delivery person thru the food over the fence. I specifically said meet me at the side gate on my delivery instructions. They didn’t honk, or call, or text. Food was lying there on the ground in a freezing storm and an animal got into it. I called to complain, one guy hung up on me when I asked for a refund. Called back. They told me they couldn’t refund me for 3 days and I had to remember to call them back. I said no I wanted a refund now. Then they passed me to another person and I had to explain all over again. Then passed me back to original person who said “OK.” I told them not ok. Then they gave me the phone number of their card processor and told me I had to call them to ask for a refund. Not one of the people there apologized. It was crazy. Never again this place.
