Happy Wok is by far the best Chinese food restaurant in the area. I highly recommend the chicken and eggplant with brown sauce, and any of the shrimp dishes. The food is always cooked to perfection, and it is fresh and has delicious flavor! It is never over salted. The beef on a stick is very tender and is the best I’ve ever tasted. They also go the extra mile and offer dim sum. If you live on the other side of the lake, it’s definitely worth the trip here!

Picked up dinner from Happy Wok and we wont be doing that again. We have been getting food there for the last five years, not always the best food here, it’s the closest. Our dinner usually costs abt $27. Tonight we got the same thing as usual and BAM the bill was $40. Talk abt PRICE GOUGING. And now they charge for a container of mustard. They can count me out from now on. Their receipts use to be itemized, not no more! They dont want you to know what went up & how much. NEVER AGAIN!!! This is LAKESIDE AVE location.
