Reviews
I’ll get to it:
Pros:
-Parking was not too bad. It is Sunday night and we found parking with ease.
-Seating space and dining ambiance was ok. It was reasonably quite which was good. There were 4 tables that seats 4 guests and two were occupied. We were lucky to have found an opening or else we (a family of 3 + 1 infant) would have had to sit in the larger circle tables.
Cons:
-One of the staff members had a big mucus spit and it was both really loud and disgusting. It ruined our appetite. Our server already had a pink eye and we tried to let that go, too.
-Now the food itself. The food was really bland. I actually think they ran out of salt. We had their fried wontons, west lake beef soup, beef with broccoli, and pork fried rice and they each tasted plain.
-Their beef with broccoli was where we just had to accept that this place was a mistake… we just wanted to eat, pay, and leave.
Our Beef with broccoli order was half the size of a normal order. (See the attached photo) We had about 4 oz of beef and about 6-8 pieces of broccoli. Not joking. We asked if there’s more meat available and our server said to order more meat next time… yea.
The last point I have with this order was the broccoli itself. It had a bitter taste and it was quite concerning.
Overall, I won’t be coming here again and sincerely would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
