Absolutely a hidden gem in the Wrigley community for anyone looking for Long Beach Thai food or a great Thai restaurant in Long Beach. Nic was very nice, super helpful, and just an overall chill dude. He took great care of us and provided excellent customer service.

If you’re looking for that seafood soup with some fire, this is the spot. We also had the egg rolls, which were crispy and flavorful, and finished with the mango sticky rice, which was fresh, sweet, and the perfect way to end the meal. Everything we tried was a positive experience and clearly made with care.

They also offer a digital menu—you simply scan the QR code and can browse a wide variety of dishes. There’s truly something for everyone.

I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews. I’m not defending anyone, trying to justify anything, and nobody paid me to write this. People just need to understand that things change—cooks change, staff changes, and experiences can be different over time.

If you’re searching for Long Beach Thai food and you’re in the Wrigley area, do yourself a favor and pay this spot a visit—you won’t be disappointed.

Thai food surprisingly great. Ist time 2 weeks ago. Came back today. I ordered to go. When I got home only a few pieces of meat for my $20 combination Basil Fried rice. Still tasty but disappointing.

Entrance door was very dirty which is never
a good sign. Seriously it represents your
whole business,make sure is sparkling
clean and new. Only one other pair of
customers in whole place. Got shrimp pad
thai take away for~18$. 3 medium pieces of
shrimp on the whole thing. Flavor is eh, I
have had way better Thai at way better
prices though not at Long Beach. Enter at
your own peril.

Hands down the best Thai I’ve had in 20 years! Plan to make this a frequent spot. I highly recommend the steamed dumplings, coconut shrimp soup, pineapple fried rice and the mango sticky rice. Oh how I love mango sticky rice! Oh and the Thai tea was delicious and a good portion. Some places give too small of a cup. Not at Happy Thai. Just the right amount. Can’t wait to come back.

I was at Happy Thai on Tuesday on December 22nd. I spoke with the new gentlemen about change of ownership. He said that they had the same cook and Marisa was taking a long break. I placed an order for my regular order it cost 86.00 and change but the food wasn’t the same. Im really disappointed that I spent so much money when I was lied to by the new ownership.
Be honest in the future with your customers. I won’t be going back. Toon, Marisa and Banana will be missed.
I spent so money because my family was coming to Longbeach from Lancaster and they loved the food too. Now I must find another restaurant for Christmas dinner. FYI I told the gentlemen that this order was going to be my Christmas dinner. Im so disappointed

Change of ownership. I miss the original cook, Happy (Toon). The service was decent, but Marisa was the star of the party on Pacific Ave. They new owners kept the name and the person cooking can only copy and do a similar taste. My cashew nut doesn’t taste the same. I miss you guys.

Food was good, but I didn’t care for the seafood tom yum soup. There wasn’t much seafood and one mussel. Other than that everything else was good. Service was great and the place is a nice size and clean. Kinda hard to see, but you’d park in the back.

Been coming here for many years. This is their new location and name they used to be Khun Dum (seriously!). Their food is amazing. I usually get vegetable panang curry and it’s pretty much the best panang curry I’ve ever had! Another item that is a must have is the jerky beef… so so good nice and chewy with a spicy sauce on the side… yum yum. Service is wonderful too. This time, my co-workers got the chopsuy, the cashew chicken and the orange chicken… all of which are more Chinese than Thai and I would discourage you to order. If you go to a Thai restaurant, order Thai food right? Specially when it’s this good!

The look of the place is a bit outdated but don’t let that fool you. I order a hot and spicy chicken sup, It was outstanding. A very delicious sup. This sup really made my tummy happy. Service was good.
