They put this down Scrappy square but I was at the HEB putting gas in my car after I got back in Belton from Abilene and they always give me excellent service so that I can put gas in my car and wash it when I come back home from Abilene … More

I go to Belton Therapeutic Massages that is located in that plaza. If you are in search for a great therapeutic professional massage I suggest you check them out. Cindy and YuYu are two of the best to work on this jackup body

I didn’t go in but this is a quaint little shopping center in a quaint little town. Several good options and an HEB near by. There’s a bank, att store, nail salon, little Cesar’s and a couple other shops.

Happy Teriyaki has a Korean feel to it and most of the food is teriyaki themed. It is a small resturaunt that will probably seat ~35 when full. There are four or five seats at a small sushi bar as well.
We had the Gyoza (dumpling) appetizer. It came hot and very tasty with a side of citrus dipping sauce. The 8 piece order is more than enough for two people.
I ordered the chicken and egg roll lunch special ($12.99). The lunch specials include rice and a salad. The grilled chicken was fresh and hot. The thing I liked is that it was not processed chicken patty that the resturaunt supply companies sometimes provide. Rice was fresh and just the right amount of sticky. The salad dressing was a mayo based mix that was OK, but a miso or ginger dressing would be a nice touch.
The portions were large especially for a lunch special. I wound up taking about half the meal home.
It took a few minutes to get the order in, but they were very busy and understaffed. The speed at which the food was served made up for any delay in taking the order though.
Totally recommend this place for service, value and quality.
We got egg rolls, kung pao chicken, a crunchy roll and jalapeño roll.
Everything was VERY good! Staff was really kind and food was genuinely fresh. I’m talking HOT off the grill/ out of the fryer. You can tell it was made to order. In my opinion this blows other, more popular Asian places in Temple/Belton out of the water.
They have k-pop videos playing on tv and they’re very entertaining 🙂
WILL be back
If I had only one negative it would be the tea. I ordered hot Jasmin tea for over $2. I was expecting fresh tea made from actual tea but got a cup of hot water with a tea bag in it. This was a bit disappointing when everything else was so excellent and fresh.
