The place looks spotless which is always great to see in a food establishment and the staff was incredibly helpful and courteous.
We also tried the wings and a Greek salad—both were excellent. The wings might be the best I’ve ever had: smoked, not fried, super meaty, juicy, and full of flavor. The spicy sauce on the side actually had a real kick, but it was delicious.
I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone who loves great pizza!
The pizza dough was TOUGH. Maybe it was overworked, but we couldn’t eat it. The pizza had smoked chicken on it and the chicken was very dry. We each had a piece and we threw the rest of the pizza in the trash.
I could tell it was well assembled and the flavors were good, but the dough and the chicken killed it.
The smoked wings were ordered with the sauce on the side to preserve the crispness. Unfortunately, this didn’t work as the chicken skin was rubbery and the meat was dry. The dry meat is probably a function of the way they smoke the wings. Maybe they could try cold smoking the wings before cooking them in a different way.
I hope you take this feedback as a way to listen and improve. I hope you succeed in your business.
