First time trying this place and very disappointing. Two dishes specifically, our beef and broccoli had a ton of broccoli and only a couple pieces of beef, then our chicken chow mein (in the photo) was full of sprouts, a couple pieces of chicken and I don’t think they even put noodles in it. I like sprouts, but not that much. Chicken fried rice and chicken balls were also ordered and were fine but not great.

Until recently, this was the best place for chicken balls with big pieces of chicken with tasty thin batter. It is now the worst with small pieces of chicken with a very thick and tasteless batter. Please go back to your old recipe. Everything else was as delicious as always. We couldn’t eat the batter.

Just had this for the first time. The woman who took my order was super nice. I got a combo for one (chicken balls, rice and egg roll) and it was so good! It was also a TON of food, I couldn’t eat it all!. It’s a great price also. I can’t believe I’ve never eaten here. I’ve been missing out! It was also ready very fast. Super happy with Happy!

Ordered a combo for 1. Paying cash it was just over $13. I was able to finish the meal in one sitting, so I would say the portion size is smaller as I rarely finish a meal like this.

DISAPPOINTMENT! Just made my first order i BEEF from this restaurant as I was really tired from work. I paid almost $25 on my order and what I received is a bunch of not properly cooked VERY SALTED vegetables -CARROTS ONINONS PEPPER.
I do not know about other items in this restaurant but please be careful with this particular items.

Just drove by yesterday on our way home to Sauga & Happy Palace did not disappoint in providing us a satisfying on-the-fly family dinner experience. Special shoutout to Olivia for her friendly & accommodating customer service. Food is great and the place is so clean.Being in a small plaza with ample parking is also a plus. Truly a beautiful little gem in PTBO. Btw please add some kind of soft , up-tempo lounge jazz-like music to elevate the ambiance a bit.

We ordered takeout this past Tuesday, other than the egg rolls and chicken balls, which were very good, everything else, the fried rice, the chicken chow mein, the General Tao chicken w/fries, and the honey garlic ribs were so bland. The ribs, even though sitting in honey garlic sauce were so dry and hard we ended up throwing them out. I know fries are not usually something you get at a Chinese food restaurant but since they were from frozen you could have at least made sure they were cooked. We used to order frequently from here but it’s like they have a new cook or something.

Staff is absolutely lovely! Had a small mixup with my order but they were quick to correct it. Food is always good and portions are generous, I’m never able to finish it all! Definitely a family favourite for take out.
