Happy Kitchen is really a good choice for sushi when in Karlstad. There are not many sushi places in Karlsyad first of all, so the choices are not overwelming somehow, but Happy Kitchen keep actually a very high standard, for being located in the deep woods of Sweden.
I love their fish/seafood sallad, it is a must-try if you decide to visit Happy K. They also serve a few nice Japanese beers, which makes the visit even better 🙂

Second time I’ve been here. First time I thought it was good. But i wasn’t that hungry and the ramen was massive! Amazing kind of detailed food. But too much. This time I had the vegetable dumplings. These were amazing. Not quite enough food. I ordered some edamame beans after which were lovely but once again I was stuffed!
