Trash! Never been so disappointed by a pizza spot in SF. It’s not made clear by the sign but the only style of pizza by the slice is pepperoni. The pepperoni were cupped full of grease as you might be able to see in my video. The vibe inside just felt sad as nobody looked like they enjoyed life! I wasn’t given or told where to get napkins but I literally looked at everyone’s table which had a roll of paper towels. The only reason why I didn’t give them 1 star was because it beats paying $20 for a slice of pizza inside the ballpark! The portion was good and the price was right but please tell me this was just a fluke accident.

Happy King Pizza is an absolute gem in San Francisco! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with friendly service and the smell of freshly made pizza that instantly makes you hungry. The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the sauce is full of flavor, and the toppings are always fresh and generous.

Every bite tastes like care and quality went into making it. Whether you’re grabbing a quick slice or ordering a whole pie for family or friends, it never disappoints. It’s the kind of place you find once and keep coming back to.

Highly recommend Happy King Pizza for anyone looking for delicious pizza and great service!

Insanely rude and dismissive. I asked for a receipt as proof for DoorDash’s dine out deal requirements (to boost in store traffic). He immediately became aggravated and told me to call DoorDash for a receipt.

I’m not sure if the store has a bad relationship with DoorDash or something, but he was immediately rude and aggressive during a period of no traffic to me.

The container my food came in was also dirty (I got a slice of tiramisu and it had very apparent oil stains)

It is very clearly a store bought cupcake also and not the advertised cake slice ($5)

I’ve gotten the pizza before and it’s pretty bland

In summary: aggressive, unhygienic, overpriced, false advertising, and bland

Edit: to elaborate, DD required a physical receipt as proof you dined in

I asked for a paper receipt as proof and immediately the answer was “you go call DoorDash then, you order DoorDash you call them”

I said this is a specific promotion that requires a receipt as proof. Other restaurants like Delah Coffee have let me take a picture of the POS which shows a digital receipt as proof.

When I tried to explain this the owner further raised his voice and said “you call doordash then lady!”

While understandable that maybe a receipt printer wasn’t hooked up or functional, my issue was in their aggressive response (which looks historically true based on other reviews including a recent one that looks like police were engaged).

You can see the continued aggression in the owners response to this review. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

Excellent and delicious Indian-style pizza! We got the Paneer Tikka pizza after a Giants game, and it was a revelation. They also serve traditional styles of pizza, of course, but if you haven’t had Indian style, it’s worth trying! The staff was super friendly and brought a massive water carafe to our table. We will undoubtedly return ASAP for more delicious pizza and delightful service. A great addition to the area around the ballpark!

The pizza was mediocre. My jaw hurts after going through half of the 10inch pizza. I’m glad I ordered garlic bread which had a softer bread than the pizzas. Wanted to try a different flavor and got a tikka masala pizza and to be safe ordered a meat brothers flavor for $23 each. The pizza was not fresh in my opinion and the flavors were alright.

Finally got to trying the Chicken Tikka Pizza everyone in Mission Bay keeps talking about. Absolutely fire, the kind of good pizza with quality ingredients I’d imagine served in a college town with a line out the door. Sure place doesn’t have the ambiance but the pizza slaps. Small 10” was more than enough with leftovers for one.

Review:
I tried the Indian pizza here and it was absolutely delicious! The crust was baked perfectly — crisp on the outside and soft inside. The toppings were fresh, flavorful, and had that unique Indian twist with just the right amount of spices. It’s such a great fusion of flavors, and every bite was satisfying. The service was quick and friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. If you’re looking for something different from regular pizza, this place is a must-try

only got happy king delivered so can’t comment on dine-in. the pizza was great and our new go-to place for indian pizza. make sure to ask for the pizzas spicy or they won’t have any spice to them. special shoutout to their ranch which was creamy and on the thicker side.

chicken tikka masala pizza: plentiful toppings, great flavor.

garlic bread with cheese: solid appetizer. no frills garlic bread.

jalapeño poppers: skip. felt like it came from frozen and unimpressed by the breading
