I was on door dash and saw they added this place, and so I like to try new places!! Wow I was so glad I did!! I ordered jalapeno poppers and a gyro, I was so impressed how great it was and their prices are really reasonable!! Thank you for a great dinner!! I will be a regular now!! . I asked for a steak and cheese and said no tomato or mayo on my sandwich and the gentleman got mildly upset about adding extra meat since it would make the sandwich look small when he did not have to since I ordered it without. I would have happily paid the extra. This place is unprofessional from my first time coming in. Completely micro-aggressive towards me and “joking” about if I paid for the food myself all while talking to my wife and not myself. Never eating there again. I see why the reviews in the last year are what they are. Horrible aura and vibe there.

I ordered food on-line from Happy House Pizzeria on Tuesday, 22 October 2024 (see order and photos below). Shortly after I ordered, the owner of Happy House Pizzeria called and asked if I wanted Jumbo or Buffalo wings. After I confirmed I wanted what I ordered, 10 Jumbo wings, he said he would cook a fresh batch and have them ready in 20 minutes. After returning home with lunch, we noticed that the bag contained only 8 wings in addition to 1 thigh, and 1 drumstick. Further, the bag contained baked beans instead of green beans. When I called the owner to complain, he pushed back stating he ran out of wings and included the more expensive thigh and drumstick. But I said, “that’s not the point”. In addition, he said he had no green beans and substituted baked beans. I relayed that he had ample opportunity to tell me that he was unable to fulfill the order I paid for; however, he failed to communicate this to his customer. He substituted food I did not ask for or want. He seemed angry that I was not happy with the food. I explained to him that’s he’s in the customer service business and should honor a customer’s choices and not making substitutions without giving the customer advance notice. I told him I was disappointed in the quality of his delivered service. To his credit, he did say that he would have green beans available tomorrow.

Did a take out chicken cheese steak. Guy at the counter was friendly. As others have mentioned it’s dated inside but was clean. The food was made to order but overpriced. Roll was not toasted so started to get soggy when I got home a few min later. My real gripe is they advertise the sub as 14” and it clearly was not when I got the box and then decided to measure. It’s rare to see 14” subs anymore. I understand it’s meant to be a “deal” with fries/drink but I didn’t need that much food… but if you are going to charge $11 for a sub (then more for toppings) then be on point or you are going to be called out and lose a customer. Change your menu to reflect the product you are selling or you risk being reported. I won’t give a 1 star because it wasn’t unpleasant overall, just disappointing.

First time here.
Walked into this place and was welcomed by the friendliest people.
I ordered three cheesesteaks (two of them had toppings) and a large fry to share. Not a long wait at all from ordering to receiving.
Brought them home to eat and I must say that these were some pretty good cheesesteaks. Flavorful with my toppings and fresh, soft rolls to hold it together. I will definitely be back to try some pizza.
I don’t know why everyone is ordering Ledo’s and waiting forever for their food when this gem is right next door.

I stopped in and tried the Italian Cold Cut — it was perfect! Fresh bread, great flavor, and everything was made just right. If I had one small suggestion, I’d love just a little more deli protein , but overall it was a wonderful sandwich. The service was friendly, and I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu. Highly recommend!

I was in town visiting family, I was so excited to stop by and get a cannoli believe or not they are one of my favorite places to get them. I get them at all Italian restaurants and theirs is always 10/10. Today was a let down, he only put a little dab on each side. He didn’t even put a good amount because I could see right away that it was hollow inside. I’ve seen a lot of people talking negative about the business on a local FB page I’m on. Now I see why, the quality isn’t the same. So sad!!

We took a chance on this place and we are happy we did! Pizza is good and they deliver!
We did have a situation where our pizza was delivered to the wrong house (the neighbors stole our pizza ) but they took the time to investigate and made it right!
So if you are looking for pizza thats not dominos in the Deale area definitely check out Happy House!
