The space is filthy which should’ve prompted me to walk out but I was starving. Won ton soup was average but the crispy noodles were mass produced and not fried in house. The egg roll had a mushy, pasty filling not fresh vegetables, so I spit that out after almost gagging on it, the pork fried rice had no pork and the rice was split, dry and crumbly. Boneless spareribs had no BBQ char and looked like they were simply pork pieces tossed in sweet and sour sauce. Food was absolutely disgusting- I didn’t even give my dog a bite bc I was afraid he would get sick.
I feel bad for the people who give this place 5 stars because they’ve never had good Chinese food. The best Chinese food in south Florida was Mr Zhang’s on Donald Ross Rd and Central Blvd. They closed their doors evidently bc the rent at the strip mall was astronomical. The rumor is that Uncle Joe’s on Northlake is the same family who owned Zhang’s but I can’t confirm that. What I can confirm is that Uncle Joe’s is clean, high quality authentic Chinese food; the polar opposite of Happy House.

Every item that I order from this place was great, love their sweet and sour chicken plus the orange chicken and the house special lo mei. This is all we can expect from a take out restaurant, if you want more you shout go to a fancy dining place or five stars hotel.

Ordered from them almost twice a week and never got disappointed since 2002. We order the chicken chow Mein (a lot of Cabbage with sliced thin chicken with crispy chip on a side. if you are from the North, please don’t order it, because this is not thin pan fried noodles) also chicken broccoli, steamed dumplings and wings. They are good as usual. I’m so happy with my order.

Typical fast food Chinese place with decent boneless spare ribs and crispy egg rolls. Service was quick. The staff is friendly and overall a good experience. I grabbed the boneless spare rib combination for about $12 that comes with an egg roll and fried rice. I asked for it with no sauce and they obliged. Would definitely try again

Don’t understand why only use one word to give a review, seem it is not real comment at all. We tried most of the Chinese restaurant in this area already. This is the one we go for it. Love their sweet and sour chicken, pepper steak, chicken chow mein and general Tso chicken plus the Triple delight. Good and clean.

I don’t typically eat at places like this but today I went against my better judgement. What a big mistake! I ordered the shrimp and vegetables. It tastes horrible. It left the most disgusting taste in my mouth. Don’t waste your money! I wish I could leave 0 for the food!

The only place I go for takeout. Always easy and delicious. They are the only one in town still have open kitchen and is clean. By the way I ordered Happy Family all the time.
