What got me in the door was a burger, fries, and beer special. To be honest I didn’t expect much for the price but to my surprise the food was great. I ordered the smash burger and my son ordered the classic burger that is in the photo. Our server was fantastic and very attentive. Great value especially for the mall prices.

I went in for the 1st time and place is okay, the bartenders are attentive. My complaint is against the security guards and a man who I think was a manager a tall black man. I was sitting at the bar as a paying customer, when I was approached by the security guard and told to get up off my chair?? He didn’t give me any reason why. He had no people skills at all and wanted to use his authority to intimidate me. Mind you I hadn’t even finished my beer, I asked him why and he began trying to escalate the situation, I wasn’t even slightly intoxicated and talked to him like a man with respect. He couldn’t do the same unfortunately. Then the tall black man who looked to be in charged of this place also comes up to me asking me give up my chair. He also had poor people skills working at a bar of all places. Absolutely won’t be going back her again after this experience, I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

Why didn’t they put bars into malls years ago! . I haven’t tried the food yet but we did enjoy some adult beverage refreshments before our venturing into the abyss of mall shopping. I highly recommend it. We even sang some Sweet Caroline with everyone in the bar. Good times.

Very good place. The service is very good. The bar attendee was very good, polite and positive. We enjoy our beer. We like this place. It is open on Sunday until 12:00 am. Very recommend to visit it.

I came here since hadn’t tried this location, I usually go to the one in Quartz Hills. I really thought it would have a nice atmosphere but it was dark and no one came for 10-15 minutes so we just walked out. Seemed like a dark bachelors room. Not very inviting at all and this was a Saturday night.

Let me start by saying this was my second visit to this location. I came here two days ago and had a great experience the bartender was extremely kind and gave amazing customer service.
Unfortunately, tonight was the complete opposite. It was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. My group of five sat at the bar and were served by Nikki, who claimed to be the manager. From the start, she had a terrible attitude. She didn’t greet us and repeatedly ignored our group while serving others.
My husband ordered a beer and asked the barback, who said his name was Nick, if he could get it in a glass. Nick said, “We don’t give glasses at night.” But right across from us, six other customers all of whom were white were being served beer in glasses by Nikki. When my husband pointed that out, Nick responded, “We know them, they come here all the time.” I told him that wasn’t fair and asked to speak with the manager. Nikki refused to come over at first.
When she finally did, her attitude was dismissive and rude. She said, “What do you guys want? You can’t have glasses.” When I questioned the inconsistency, she told us, “Deal with it or don’t, but I know they’re not going anywhere.” Her tone was confrontational and unprofessional. One of my friends started recording the interaction on her phone because things were escalating. Nikki got upset and told us to leave, then called security.
I told her we’d leave after finishing our drinks, and she responded by aggressively snatching the drink out of my hand. Security surrounded us and told us we had to go. They said we didn’t have to pay Nikki told them to just make us leave. Of course we did pay our tab and left a tip .
The entire situation was humiliating and completely unnecessary. It felt like we were being treated unfairly because we were Black. All we wanted to do was enjoy Juneteenth and celebrate our freedom, and instead we were treated with hostility and disrespect.
If Nikki is truly the manager, I hope ownership reevaluates her role. Her behavior showed signs of being under the influence of something, and her actions were biased and unprofessional. I truly hope this was an isolated incident and that she doesn’t treat every Black customer this way. No one deserves to be treated like that especially while trying to enjoy a holiday rooted in freedom and dignity.

We came here on a Sunday around 12. They have an Happy Hour between 11-1 with good prices. Service was Fast and Bartender was very nice and made our drinks very well. Definitely a relaxing place.
