Tried this restaurant for the first time last week, and again this week for the Italian dinner. Overall impressions:
The service and food is very good. Trying to order at the counter was a little challenging due to the amount of noise there. I had to ask the girl to repeat herself 2 or 3 times.
Italian Dinner (spaghetti or chicken Alfredo) took 45 minutes to arrive at our table. The Chicken Alfredo sauce was very good. Not enough chicken, too much pasta. The Alfredo sauce was delicious. Bread sticks looked store-bought, the salad was in little plastic containers, mostly iceberg lettuce, like a to-go container. All the dinnerware is disposable plastic or paper. Is there no wash sink or dishwasher?
The friendly owner stopped at our table and apologized for taking so long, saying they don’t cook their pasta beforehand as they don’t want it to be soggy. Still…45 minutes is too long to boil pasta to al dente.
There were a lot of cars at the drive-through window, I wondered if the drive through customers were receiving priority on their orders.
Overall the experience was ok. Using actual dinnerware would improve it. For Italian night, dressing up the dinnerware, using an Italian theme decor with some simple red & white checkered tablecloths, dim the lights some, make it feel cozier. The food is good, just need to improve the experience.

I used to really like this place but sadly, it has gone down hill. Most of the staff are really nice but there’s a couple that act like they are doing you a favor by taking your order. Last week, snob and a half, attitude. Today, I got a blueberry bagel and it tasted like eggs and cheese. I didn’t want a replacement but called to give them a heads up so it could be corrected. The girl that answered the phone (not the lady who waited on me) was less than interested. She offered a new bagel but never apologized or thanked me for letting them know and made excuses.
I’m sure I’ll be back, but only if I’m desperate. When you’re desperate even a bad coffee will work!

I really wish I could give five stars, however, the BLT I ordered left a lot to be desired. There was no mayo, the bacon looked like boxed microwave bacon, and the price did not justify the quality. I’ve ordered drinks here a few times when I’m in town, and typically they’re pretty good. I tried a blueberry macchiato this time and it was unfortunately too sweet, I couldn’t taste the coffee at all. The service is good, the atmosphere is great and the area is clean. My main recommendations are to use better ingredients with the food. I’ll be back for the drinks though!

I’m not sure why they have reviews as high as what they do every single time I’ve went here. It has been awful. I really think they only made my coffee. Good one time it’s always watered down. They either put too much or way too little bit of flavoring in absolutely everything is overpriced These people do not care about coffee they don’t care about making people’s mornings they don’t even care about having the right atmosphere. They just care about how cheap they can make your coffee and how much they can charge for it. I cannot wait until another coffee shop opens and takes all of their business.

Every time that I have been through the drive-thru, the staff have always been so friendly and courteous. They always make my coffee exactly how I want and go above and beyond to make it amazing. Pair that coffee with one of their amazing pastries that they make and you have a winning combination! This is a hidden gem and I hope that after reading my review, you will give it a try!
