First time at Happy + Hale. I got the coco curry bowl with tofu. 10/10 for flavor. The portion was a bit small, but otherwise the food was good.
There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, which is nice.

I enjoy Happy and Hale, but I have to say their portions are getting ridiculous. I ordered a bowl for pick up and this is what I got. The bowl isn’t even halfway full. For the money spent, I’d expect a full meal!

Nice spot in the North Hills area for healthier eats! We did the ‘build your own bowl’ option. The herb roasted chicken and tofu were both solid protein options. Our favourite veggies were the sweet yams and beets. The option to get 2 dressings ensures your bowl never goes dry. Would recommend their Lemon Tahini and Vegan Caesar sauces.

Wait times for online orders have become absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! I usually give an extra 10mins or so after the estimated ready time but in the past 6 months the wait time at both north Raleigh locations has gotten worse . Today was the last straw for me , over 40 minutes for a breakfast wrap , the cashier said she would inquire about a refund but I have no intentions of returning because it’s happening to often, I told her not to worry about it .

The place is charming and has a Santa Monica vibe. It’s clean, the staff is nice, the food is fresh and the portion is good.
I had the Incredibowl with added tofu, chick peas and cilantro. It was delicious! The lemonade was also refreshing.
Will definitely stop by again when I return to Raleigh.

found Happy + Hale by chance.
We immediately met Hoff (the manager) & he was so friendly & it truly felt more like he was an owner. Taking such pride in his work.
This bowl building concept isn’t new but how you take care of your customers sets you apart from others. He wowed us!
I went with Hoff’s suggestion, the BUENO bowl-It was delicious & my husband created his own & we jokingly called it the PETE 😉
We forgot to order drinks & Hoff noticed & he slid two cups over to us.
I believe he said try the bubble tea, you will love it! He was right!
My favorite part of this experience was when he walked over to us to see if we like the food & needed anything else.
I complimented Hoff & he mentioned the team as an integral part of the Happy + Hale experience.
Try this place!

It was a cold Saturday Afternoon, after a long afternoon of running errands, we wanted to grab a healthy lunch. Happy and Hale is tucked away in a corner area of North Hills.
The place is one of the nicer fast casual restaurants you will go to. Brewery Bhavana style decor and plenty of seating inside and out. They have a breakfast menu and a big lunch/dinner menu.
The chimchuri steak is what I got which was very delicious. But a little salty.
This is a great little spot, highly recommend.

Delicious!! Lots of vegan options!
(Edit)- literally drove from New Hampshire to this happy and hale about two weeks ago (June 24 2024) because there is no place quite like it! Love the vegan options and the dressings! Worth the drive

I really like happy and hale. The food is great and so is the customer service. Today I am giving them 3 stars because I lost 2 bowls of food due to the lids not staying secured on the bowl. I usually place large orders for my office and spend $300-$400 every time I order from them and I was really disappointed that I lost 2 bowls because the lids won’t stay secure. When I called and spoke with the manager about this issue he said that he would relay the lid issue to corporate. No compensation or offer to remake the bowls that I lost. Very disappointed!
