Spent 88 dollars and was very disappointed. Everything fried taste like dirty oil. I would definitely avoid this place. Fried rice and lo mein were flavorless to put it gently. Skip this spot. You can thank me later

This is the only Chinese restaurant that I get delivered. Prices are reasonable and the portion sizes are fairly large, so 2 people could eat off of one entree. The drivers are very fast and friendly as well as the people taking orders over the phone. The variety of dishes is great also. I recommend the Strawberry Chicken.

I’ve been coming here to Happy Garden since I was a kid. I’m in my 30s now. I order a few times a month. I love the food here! I wish they would bring back the Buffet, maybe also do a little bit every decorating but overall the food is good if you get it to go!

This is the worst Chinese restaurant I have ever been to! The lady I spoke to while I was placing the order was rude, she was yelling at me on the phone. I am allergic to gluten and the lady told me the things I ordered were gluten free but they weren’t. The delivery took an hour and a half. By the time the food got to me it was cold. The food itself tasted awful! the chicken was dry, the sweet and sour sauce were watered down and the noodles were ice cold. The delivery girl took a tip without me telling her to. my overall satisfaction would be 0 stars. I will never order from here ever again and will never recommend this to anyone.

I am not from Jefferson City, I’m in town for 5 weeks on business. Happy Gardens was recommended by the receptionist at my hotel. I’m so glad she recommended it! I have lived all over the country, and this is by far the BEST Chinese food I have ever had! I don’t know what they do to their fried rice, but it is AMAZING!! I am definitely going to miss this place when I go home!

Orange chicken was very bad. The chicken was tough and mostly breading. The crab ragoon was not good and the fried rice was very gummy! Won’t ever go back. They also need a deep clean.

I have ordered here before. Had my order missing some parts. I got told I would get them on my next order. They claimed I never did. Tonight I order the house fried rice and crab Rangoon’s. It took and 1 1/2 to get my food. Called them and they dissed me off saying it will be there soon. Well this is the last time. I got friend rice that really tastes like it was burnt. It’s very vary dark. I am not pleased. I paid $15 for this and I got at least 45 min old food……
