Food was really good. I ordered broccoli beef with chicken fried rice and egg drop soup, and husband ordered the sesame chicken with the same sides as me. Both loved the food! I tried his sesame chicken and it was pretty good! We ordered online and came in to pick it up at the time they said it would be ready and it was ready and still hot when we got home. Good portion especially for price! Only gave a 4 instead of 5 because it is more of a fast food than a fine dining type of meal, but honestly really good.

We have ordered take out several times from Happy Garden and have never had any issues. It takes them about 20 minutes to get the order ready when we ordered online.
The Sesame Chicken is fantastic and the only thing I have gotten here. For my side I get the chicken fried rice which goes perfectly with the Sesame Chicken. I have not found a soup that I really liked. They all seem kind of bland for me. They aren’t bad but I just wish they had a little more Seasoning.
I probably would never come here and it down to eat. This is a perfect chinese takeout restaurant.
For the price you get ALOT of food. For a lunch entree it was $7! You really can’t find food this cheap anymore.

This place has the best crab Rangoons I have ever had in my life. I have not been to Norman in 2 years but I think about it to this day. I try to fill the void in my soul that was left when I could no longer have their crab Rangoons, if I was ever in a remote proximity to Oklahoma I would travel hours to come here

I cannot rate on the atmosphere and the customer service. I ordered via takeout, I will say though that there are a few tables there but personally I wouldn’t want to eat inside. The food is AMAZING. This was the best Chinese food takeout that we’ve had on this part of town. We found our new takeout spot.

When I called in the order they knew that I was asking if they delivered or not and they said they did and I told him I was at a hotel I mean obviously I don’t have utensils. Food was okay typical cheap Chinese fare. But ask for hot sauce and she said hot sauces in the bag and there was none. Also no sweet and sour sauce for the egg rolls? No napkins .. Worst of all no utensils or chopsticks or anything..So we’re eating with our fingers yay
Changed the review to 3 because the food was actually good and plentiful. But still. Ordered out, it helps to ask when you’re loading the bag if you aren’t going to assume it needs everything.

If I was able to give negative stars I would this used to be one of my favorite places to eat until tonight I always order the exact same thing and have for years, but tonight I got the worst service I have ever gotten in my entire life I ordered Cashew shrimp and got cashew chicken they ” listened to the recording and said that I ordered the cashew chicken” when I know that is not correct so they are not only lieing to a former loyal customer who ordered from there at least twice a week for the last 10 years but whom else just to cover up their own mistake it would have been a simple fix because not only did they get my order wrong it has something that I am deathly allergic to in it thanks for making a already really messed up and rough day even worse Happy Garden it was bad enough that I had to burry a beloved family member but I lost my favorite place to eat too because you couldn’t admit that you made a simple mistake and fix it

Their food is so good. When we lived in Norman we would order all the time. We have since moved to OKC and have tried other places around us. Nothing has compared. We’ll order online and drive the 30 minuets to pick up. The portions are large. Food is delicious.
