This is our 2nd time ordering, the first time was AMAZING 10/10 and delivery was fast and convenient as we’re staying in a hotel delivered right to the door!! Decided to order again and try something different. Customer service was great the women on the phone was very helpful and even helped us remember what my husband ordered last time! The combination rice like last time was amazing! The brown sugar milk tea was SOOO delicious. The sweet and sour chicken on the other hand was not. Some pieces of chicken, the batter was doughy and mushy. Other pieces looked like they were old and weren’t very appetizing to look at. My steamed rice tasted as though it sitting for a while and my matcha milk tea tasted burnt almost. Maybe tonight was just a bad night but unfortunately I wasn’t able to eat my dinner..

I frequently order from here, but tonight’s order was very disappointing. The egg rolls didn’t taste the same. Dry and not fresh like before. The Mongolian beef was extremely salty. I paid for extra shrimp and chicken for the combination fried rice Sending people away and I didn’t get it. I ask for spicy sauce to be added to the side for the rice and didn’t get it. There were no sauces included in the order so we had to eat the rice dry. So disappointing

Tried this place 10 mins ago for the 1st time. I give this place a 1.0 for the food. Could not eat it. Fried rice was uneatable with a smell. The Garlic Beef was too sweet with no garlic and 1oz of meat a lot of mushrooms. I am just made myself a homemade Japanese-style omelet for win.

Used to be a favorite choice but we’ve curbed our dining out and hadn’t been in quite some time. A few disappointments: dishes were dry of sauce. Plain fried rice was unusually dark in color, grainy, bland of flavor, no egg, little onion, greasy. Dumplings were lame of texture and flavor. White rice was dirty, perhaps from use of dirty utensil or rice cooker itself (this was an immediate turnoff). GOOD: Pork in black bean sauce was good. Enjoyed Singapore noodles. We have a soup and a couple of other dishes that we’ll drive into later.

I ordered food from the website and ended up spending over $70. The food arrived soggy, cold, and not as it was supposed to be. There was no soup in the soup dumplings, the dumplings falling apart, and no sauce or rice for egg foo yung. Despite these issues, I overlooked two or three problems because I hadn’t eaten all day and was able to call back for the brown sauce and rice. However, the man on the phone was rude and tried to antagonize me when I asked for what I paid for. After eating the food, I became very ill for three days and couldn’t keep anything down. I will never order from here again. This experience was absolutely unacceptable.

Their customer service really sucks. I will not ever go back to them again. The lady that answered the phone, barely can speak English and understand what you want to order terrible service. If I can give them five hands down I would.

I called back to ask if I had been given the wrong food. I described what I expected with moo goo gai pan (white sauce, carrots, water chestnuts, snow peas, maybe broccoli) and the lady who answered the phone responded ” no, I think that’s a different dish”.
I ended up throwing my order away and going to another restaurant.

This is strictly a Chinese take out place. There are two tables if you want to eat but the atmosphere is not for that.
The chicken in the chicken and broccoli was tough, the chicken fried rice was the same. The crab rangoon was ok.
Upside: Service was nice.
I don’t recommend this spot.
