i ordered the spicy beef noodle soup and veggie dumplings. the broth had good flavor but was low on bok choi. i was excited to try the veggie dumplings (because people rave about them) but i found them to be quite plain.
2 stars on the service because i requested cutlery (as listed on the receipt attached to the bag) but my food arrived without cutlery, which was inconvenient.
all things considered, i probably won’t try this place again.

We really enjoyed the excellent counter service, here. The person I was eating with didn’t like the sweet soy or the hot chili oil so I asked them if we could have a side of the sesame peanut sauce that is used on the cold peanut noodles. Although it was an unusual request – who me (?) – they were able to accommodate me. They quickly brought out a side cup of the sesame sauce.
Note: you simply order at the counter kiosk and then pick up your food there. But the attendant who packs the food is easily available – with a helpful disposition – to answer questions while you are at the kiosk ordering.
The Steamed Pork & Chive Dumplings (10) were delicious. They were juicy inside and had a nice, mild – but very present – flavor. I recommend them steamed unless you like the pan-fried style that look more like the coating of an egg roll instead of how they would look if you actually pan fried the steamed dumplings, ie with a light brown, crispy sear around the edges.
The soy sauce is a classic, sweet dumpling sauce. It’s very good! Adding the hot Spicy Chili Oil to the Steamed Pork & Chive Dumplings is highly recommended if you like a mild heat.
The Spicy Chili Oil Dumplings (10) were good, but they didn’t open the heavens for me. These dumplings didn’t have the bang factor I was looking for but they were very flavorful and tasty. I wanted more of an intense taste inside, ie garlic, ginger and/or some kind of zing. I do not know what the broth base was but it was fine. I asked an employee what the broth was, ie beef? He wanted to find out but the he got too busy.
We enjoyed the family atmosphere there. We saw two bamboo bowls of steamed soup dumplings come out and the looked delicious. I would like to try them if I return.
The Dan Dan noodles and cold sesame peanut noodles would be two other things to try. I might add a hint of sugar to the sesame sauce to sweeten it a bit.
All in all, a solid 4 here for good service and reliably good dumplings.

Awesome place! We had a Coke, Steamed Teriyaki Chicken Dumplings, Pan-Fried Pork & Chive Dumplings (10), and Chicken Soup Dumplings — everything was delicious. My son, who’s always said he doesn’t like dumplings, absolutely loved this place! Great prices, generous portions, and excellent quality. No complaints at all — we’ll definitely be back!

Not just dumplings! A variety of dishes including some fun sides, noodles and soups! So glad we found this place because we will be regulars now! The vibe is very modern, clean and somewhat cafeteria style. You order and pay at a kiosk, find a seat and wait a short time. They either call your name or bring it to you depending on how busy they are. Then, you clean up your spot before you leave. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was super clean. The food was chef’s kiss delish! The chicken soup dumplings are delicate, freshly steamed and come with two types of sauces. I also had the spicy chili oil pork and chive dumplings and they were just the right amount of spice! Everything was so flavorful! We will be back soon!

I really like this place; it serves good food. Service time can be a little long, but it’s definitely worth the wait. Update: The speed of service has greatly improved. I’m very impressed, even though there were about 6 orders ahead of us, we still got our food really fast. I’m really enjoying the spicy beef noodle bowl as it has an amazing taste, and the soup dumplings are exquisite. We got our order in about 15 minutes. I’m very pleased with Happy Dumpling

I just moved to the area and was in search for some good dumplings and noodles. The portions are huge so if you aren’t super hungry, share with your party. The food is incredible. The broth is wholesome. We got the spicy beef noodle soup and it was perfect. Just the right spice level. The pan fried dumplings were perfectly crispy and the filling was flavorful. We also tried the soup dumplings and they were super yummy. We will be coming back here on a regular basis.

Seriously delicious! Friendly staff and fresh food. We got the spicy beef noodle soup, pan fried pork dumplings, and pork soup dumplings. The beef noodle soup had a delicious savory, spicy broth with tender meat and plenty of noodles. Pan fried pork dumplings were crisp, but juicy on the inside. Soup dumplings didn’t disappoint either. We will be coming back often!!

The pan-friend pork and chive dumplings are INCREDIBLE. Spicy chili oil dumplings and Taiwan chicken are also amazing. I’d also recommend any of the noodle bowls. Whenever I’m remotely near by I make sure to stop here and pick up dumplings to take home (and extra for the car ride).
We all know sauce is boss. Their accompanying dumpling dipping sauces and broth exhibit the same workmanship and care as the dumplings themselves.
Most of the food is served in plastic bowls, I think they have a great opportunity to improve their dine-in experience by moving away from this. That being said, all the wood furniture is a nice comforting touch!
The cashiers are always super friendly and helpful! I always feel welcome here and I seriously recommend this place to everyone I know.

Very tasty dumplings and beef noodle soup. A surprising delight in the Lebanon New Hampshire region.
The soup dumplings were fairly good, the beef noodle soup absolutely took the cake. The regular leak and pork dumplings were alright. Very good chili sauce!
Would be something that I’d find in Boston! So very surprising to find it next to a Shaw’s near Rivian faster chargers.
Was the perfect spot to sit and eat while we waited for the car to charge.
