i wanted to leave a 0 but i wasn’t able too. first my friend wanted raw mango icecream on a hot lava cake but they talked about it and suggested they not do that. Already we were confused on why they were doing this to them. Then when we asked to sample we were given the smallest amount where you couldn’t even taste it. For reference my friend ordered a scoop with fudge sauce in the picture and it’s half the actual small cup. this is so wrong and a robbery. Right now as im typing this i saw a person given a waffle cone that was basically empty and they asked for justice and thankfully the employee did not deny this. but this doesn’t make up for how grossly they are serving their customers. i will not be back here.

We’ve been regular customers at Happy Dayz, and it’s honestly one of our go-to hangout spots in Edison. The food quality has always been excellent, the service is typically exceptional, and their ice creams are simply the best — that’s what keeps us coming back.
However, during our last two visits this week, we were quite disappointed due to the non-availability of pizza. Unfortunately, this has now happened three times in a row. We’re not sure what the issue is, but each time we tried to order pizza, we were informed that it wasn’t available.
We truly enjoy this place and are sharing this feedback hoping it helps improve consistency. Looking forward to seeing the full menu available again soon, as we’d love to continue making this our regular spot.

Staff is welcoming and will give you many samples. I did not expect this because it is a Desi establishment but wow. Medium scoops was $8 but worth it for how fresh the ice cream was. Cookies n cream was my fave

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Variety and Excellent Service
This ice cream place offers a large variety of flavors and provides quick, friendly service. The staff are polite and attentive, which really enhances the experience.
I also noticed a nice gesture — a family’s order didn’t include sprinkles, and when their child asked for some, the serving lady politely checked the order first, then still added the sprinkles as a complimentary touch. It was wonderful to see such professionalism and kindness in customer service.
Highly recommend this place for its delicious ice cream, great variety, and genuinely courteous staff! ✨

Mixed feelings. Lots of variety and options to choose from! This was our first visit and they were helpful with menu options.
There are a lot of different flavors to choose from and things are mostly affordable. However, the ice cream flavors aren’t really labeled properly so it’s hard to know what you’re looking at.
Also, the rolled ice cream was pretty good! The chocolate brownie lava cake and ice cream was good but the cake tasted old and they dropped it on a burning hot pan that was too hot to hold. Would visit again to try more rolled ice cream flavors.

Happy Days is amazing — authentic, rich, and creamy kulfi flavors that bring back pure nostalgia. From malai and kesar pista to mango and falooda, everything is fresh and perfectly balanced. Friendly service, great portions, and a family-friendly vibe.
Only wish they stayed open later at night — this place is perfect for late-night dessert cravings!

Amazing food!!! So truly Indian flavor, fill like seating in Bombay and eating. Love their Vada Pav, by the best I have had in here. Dessert is amazing we ordered couple and everything was delicious. Pistachio ice cream must try. So many verities of shakes , Sundays, and ice creams.
Best part, I have been there so many time and they are so consistent with the taste and quality.

October 2022: (4 Star) Ice cream still tastes amazing, guy up front was polite, but for some reason me and another customer were waiting a long time for our food. They politely told me it would take 15 minutes for a fresh wrap because they were down to one chef on Friday at 5:30pm??? Wrap was hot and delicious and brought to my table in a paper bag. Unfortunately, they were out of certain menu items, so I had to change my order. They have decorated cakes displayed in the middle, new cake flavors in the back, copies of menus on the tables. People were in and out, so pretty busy considering it’s fall now. Please train your employees to speak louder, I couldn’t really hear his explanations, and had to ask him to repeat himself.

He saw me hesitate looking when looking at ice cream and offered me some sample spoons and slowly explained some flavors since there was no one else there. Got a medium cup with 2 scoops, some red/pink fruit sherbet and a mango ice cream (with pistachios?). Prices are on sample cups on the counter and on the menu, just ask about the cakes too. Cute interior and reasonable prices for an ice cream store. In a popular plaza with plenty of parking.

Amazing food and everything is freshly made. You can really taste the quality in every dish. The flavors are spot on, portions are generous, and the presentation is beautiful. It’s clear a lot of care goes into the cooking. Highly recommend this new restaurant—definitely coming back!
