I wept tears of joy upon stepping into this eclectic Chinese restaurant. I have never experienced the world’s flavors in such detail, in such splendor. Maslow spoke of the hierarchy of needs, of the nebulous concept of “self-actualization,” which many have tried to attain. If they had visited Happy Cuisine, they would no longer be in pursuit of the intangible, they would find themselves actualized, they would find the sky itself a mere fabric for them to pull down and bend to their whims. The staff were the kindest of individuals, angels on earth. Their generosity is potent, their aura exudes a sense of comfortable familiarity, the kind that feels like visiting one’s own childhood bedroom.

As said by Henry David Thoreau, “There is no remedy for love, but to love more.”

This is the attitude that those at this establishment embody, and it is the attitude I have come to adopt as well, all because of the love I have experienced here. It is in the flavorful food, it is in the sunset streaming through its windows, it is in the post-it notes hung up on walls, reminders of regulars and their orders. I am ever-grateful for this life and love, ever grateful for the happiness I have experienced here.

Happy Cuisine was a name well-aligned and chosen. Thank you, Happy Cuisine.

I ordered takeout. The General Tso chicken was great. It wasn’t mushy. The pork fried rice was flavorful. I will visit again.

Our favorite spot! We’ve been coming here for years. We’ve tried others, but none are as good or fresh as Happy Cuisine!

Not my favorite, won’t be back, crab Rangoon, size big nothing inside! Orange chicken so dry! And horrible didn’t even eat it. Pork egg rolls were okay.

We have never been to this place before, and we went in for lunch. We got two lunch specials, the garlic sauce chicken, and the beef and broccoli. The food was excellent. We also got the dumplings. Everything was delicious and it was done quickly. The store is very small not much to look at, but the service was great.

I should had got my money back the food was low quality. What was bad was the egg roll. It did not look like any egg roll you have ever seen. After one bite it was mush inside and you could not tell what it was. The outside looked like it was fried, set for awhile freezen and fried again. This was 4 weeks. This will be my last time come to this bad chiense place. I should have know not to go back. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience. Not very smart of them in such a good location. To bad great location for me.

Food was not good! Egg rolls were mushy inside and not like any egg roll I’ve ever eaten. The General Tso’s was very bland. The Bourbon Chicken was over cooked and tough. I asked for lo mein in my combination plates and received fried rice which was also bland. The only positive I have is the Egg Drop soup but I am not sure how that could get messed up. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

TLDR: probably not worth it. I mean the food was microwave dinner quality, nothing exciting or flavorful at all. They weren’t mean, but they definitely weren’t friendly. The portion sizes compared to similar places I have been were very small for the price. They couldn’t do a half order of crab Rangoons, I’m one person I don’t need 8 crab Rangoons…

Ordered here for the first time because it is closest to us. Glad we did. The food were delicious and only took 15 mins for pick up, good portions, and reasonable prices. I also liked that the dishes are not extra starchy & salty like several Chinese places we had ordered from. We will be back!
