The food had good flavor. The selection was very small because the business is waiting for approval on there heating stations. I suggest give this place a couple of months to manage through the kinks and try. There schedule keeps changing day to day. It was a $120.00 for 2 adults and 1 senior. They kept what little selections they had full. Staff was very friendly and attentive to picking up dirty dishes. I’ll give it a try in a couple months to see if the selections have improved to what it shows on there advertised website. If the selection stays the way it did today. Not worth the $40.00 per person

We were disappointed, came on opening weekend for the all you can eat menu. We came on Sunday, paid the premium price for the singular reason the “premium weekend menu” listed Dungeness crab as the first premium item offered on the weekend. We found one dish we think may have had pieces of Dungeness soaked in sauces, but the only crab type boil offering was snow crab. The snow crab was ok some salty some tasted good, but it wasn’t Dungeness. Plus, the demand seemed to overwhelm the poor staff, there was always a major wait to get the snow crab. I preferred the cook to order menu they use to have, and they offered alcohol back then too. If they would have offered all you can eat boiled Dungeness crab I could forgo alcohol and would’ve been back often, but the way it is now, my friends and I doubt will go back.

$220 for 4 ppl and they barely had any food available and took 20min it’s just to get butter refill. I’m sorry never again I’m never one to really right reviews but I came across this restaurant from and Erica taste videos and a bunch of other social media foodie videos and what they showed was completely different from what we experienced I’m not sure what was wrong with how they normally serve it but everything was on hot plates outside of the serving dishes they had, and they had less then half the food that was advertised, only 3 dessert options and a handful of other food besides the crab legs. Maybe it was the day I went and they had some renovations to be done but it was defiantly not worth the price tag. And because of the hot plates usage everything was put to a single corner so it was very crowded and people kept running into each other

I know they just opened but the food quality needs help it was mostly all overcooked and overheated especially the seafood and they need to turn the heat down on their butter because the butter separates from the seasoning. Otherwise pretty darn good for just opening customer service was absolutely amazing and for a buffet they’re pretty damn clean. They just need a tweak a few things. and come to find out from the locals that it’s better on the weekends than it is on the weekdays just a heads up.

The seafood is really good quality compared to other seafood restaurants, even more so when compared to buffets. The Chinese food options are also delicious and tasty, not bland or tasteless at all. Definitely try the garlic green beans and spicy cucumber salad. Prices are competitive, but delivers in value when considering all the options. I really liked the snow and Dungeness Crab, and the sauces for dipping for the seafood boil. Highly recommend weekend buffet due to the amount of seafood compared to weekday lunch. If they have lobster in their spicy sauce that a must try as well.

A seafood buffet (at least on Sunday when we went) — about 5-6 different sushi options, and at least 5 seafood dishes (several mussels, clams, crab legs, shrimp, etc) along with a bunch of Chinese food dishes and several soups. On initial look, the dishes looked same/similar to other chinese buffets, however i do have to say (and others in our party agreed) the quality of the food was rather amazing!! The restaurant was very clean and the buffet was kept up very well – entrees were updated/refilled frequently, so you didn’t have to wait more than a few minutes to have the fresh entree replaced! We came before lunch/dinner rush so didn’t have to wait for a table (even with our party of seven). The chairs and tables were spaced well to allow for people to get around (even for people on the larger side like me). Staff was constantly circulating and picking up empty plates and clearing tables very quickly. There were enough options of food for even non-seafood loving guests to get full! Drinks appeared to be self serve, which was fine – and there were even strawberry juice and peach juice! (Pretty tasty! We made a “strawberry lemonade” for our daughter) Parking outside was a little hard, not too many spaces (15-20 spaces maybe?) however there was a parking garage available right across the street. Highly recommend based on the quality of the food – rather a pleasant surprise for a buffet restaurant!

For what was served, the price was too high.
The food was barely warm.
My friend had snow crab added to her plate, for $20 more. It wasn’t clean and it did not have all the legs. The Greeter/server/manager, tried to comvince her that she wasn’t seeing green crab crap! She also tried to make her pay full price for her uneaten food.

I visited for the weekend Ultimate Seafood Buffet, and I genuinely wish I could get my money back. The price was $130 for two people, including a tip. When I was told over the phone that all the seafood was included, I was disappointed to find out when I sat down that much of it was an upcharge. What was included tasted awful. The mussels and clams were overcooked, rubbery, and cold. The other food items were incredibly salty and not good at all. Even the crab rangoons were cold, as if they had been sitting out for hours. The sushi table had only two options, the dessert table was nearly empty, and the ice cream machine was broken. Overall, I don’t think it’s worth $60 per person. I expected a lot more for the price point.
I will say positively – the service was good, the staff was cleaning regularly, and everyone was friendly.
I hope they go back to their original seafood boil model – because that looked fantastic. This wasn’t good.

The restaurant is beautiful! They definitely put in a lot of work to change the atmosphere. I appreciate the insulated bag the food was place in. However for $80 the crawfish house in West Seattle is better. The portion size on the $19 happy noodles was extremely small. Also the seafood inside the noodles was chopped up leaving you to pick through to find it. Mostly noodles and red onion. The paper bags the food was placed in made it soggy. Lastly asked for fish to be crispy when broken open raw batter still on the inside. Everyone agreed the best thing was the chicken nuggets ordered. Menu needs to be consistent. Menu in restaurant, online and kiosk inside display different portion sizes.

I am not influencer but I will give an honest review. This small buffet restaurant has a very good taste. I tried every single things that they served in the food bars and I believe the chef cooked every single dishes with a heart. Most of the buffet do not put too much efforts on their dishes that caused the flavor is just plain. I felt like I am eating in the a la carte restaurant. I talked with the owner and she is very humble. I understand it’s very challenging for the first couple weeks to serve everyone in timely manner but that wont stop you to spoil your customers with your unique taste on your buffet meals. The price is very standard for the taste you get. Good job HCB!
