Average Chinese resto. They’re not bad at all but nothing to write home about either. Food came out really fast though so that’s a huge plus. They seem to be popular for take out. They’re a local joint so we would continue to support them.

My order was great! I got Mongolian beef and added broccoli, and it was cooked perfect and the sauce was bomb. The house chowmain was delicious. The hot and sour soup was just the right amount of spicy . Would definitely order again if I come back to Richmond.

I went to pick up food at Happy Chin. This is not the first time. The woman behind the counter will rip your head off if you ask her exactly how long it will take for the order to be ready. Then she took off screaming in another language and pointing at me. You cannot eat inside, it is cluttered and they won’t let you pass a certain spot, in other words you step two feet inside the door and no further. But this woman will not allow you to ask her questions. Not a pleasant environment!!

This was my first time here and I have been searching for some really good Chinese food. I must say the food I ordered was all delicious. The chili pepper fish was amazing, as was the broccoli with garlic sauce. My all time favorite Chinese take out item is fry fried ribs and they did not disappoint! Delicious! I also got the prawn chow mein. I reduced one star because I felt like there could’ve been more prawns but the overall dish was delicious. Will definitely be returning.

I like this place when I’m on a run, they are quick. I ordered a combo fried rice and it was filling and good taste. I would have to say that it was slightly oily but had good flavor. It had a fair amount of protein in it, perfect for lunch on the go, I deliver and need to be on the go all the time. Definitely will keep this place on the radar.

This is the best Chinese food in El Sobrante that I have found so far. It’s fun to watch them cut their homemade noodles. The ingredients are higher quality than the other Chinese restaurants here. The owners are really sweet. The prices are competitive. I would recommend trying any of the homemade noodle dishes.

By and far the best vegetarian Chinese cooking in the East Bay. I don’t know how this gem isn’t top-ranked in every platform. Absolutely fantastic food, top-notch customer service, and the only place I can find such a huge range of Chinese favorites with vegetarian meat alternatives. We won’t eat anywhere else for Chinese now!
