Phenomenal!! I called and Jimmy answered and he was SOO accommodating with all of the questions I had! ..The manger Gene, took time to call me and wanted to know exactly what I wanted… They both worked out the prices for me bc I wanted it catered in the campground!
The food was exceptional and hot! They put the trays in a insulated container …
Gene and Jimmy were awesome to work with!! ThankYOU guys!!

We stayed at the RV resort and decided to have lunch at the restaurant. Our $18 warm large pretzel appetizer was a disaster as it was burnt. My BBQ wings were tasty as well as my fries. My wife wasn’t impressed with her BLT sandwich as it came without mayonnaise and the lettuce was wilted. Our granddaughter had plain pasta which she liked. Our waitress was friendly and very attentive.

I had the M O S Burger (rare) and fries. Food was hot and came out pretty quickly. My burger was good but had an “off” taste to it. Burger was prepared rare but everyone at my table got rare meat regardless of what they said. Fries were pretty mediocre and the honey mustard was runny. I also ordered a “Critter Juice” from the bar which was good and strong. I would equate the bar to a college town bar.

Price is on par with most restaurants with entrees around $12-$15. Cocktail was $7 which is great for the strength.

Service was attentive and friendly. Staff seem very young though. Bar tender was super nice.

Men’s bathroom was disgusting and smelled strongly of urine. It clearly has not had a good cleaning in a while. Piping and everything seemed very home done.

Really the only option for dining out if you’re staying at Little Pine State Park without driving the whole way into town. Overall i would rate not bad.

This place is a hidden gem you must check out or add to your bucket list of places you wouldn’t mind checking out. The fiod is great as well as the great atmosphere. The wings are honestly some of the i ever had. If your looking for a nice relaxing dinner with a great selection of drinks i highly recommend this place. Thanks to the owner and team for always delivering the best.

We stopped in early yesterday evening. The three of us had a great time unwinding after a day fishing the lake. Brooke was behind the bar and very hospitable. We got a Burger, Cheesesteak, and the Alfredo. All were perfect. Thanks for a great time!

Stopped here while out fishing Pine Creek with one of my best friends and his nephew. Fine place to take a family. Clean, and all three of our meals were super. Staff very friendly. Even turned the PSU vs Michigan football game on for us. Will go back for sure. Nice place. I got the cheese steaks, it was great.

Friday night Prime Rib!!! Waited 1 and a half hours for our food. Our waitress never checked in about the delay or to offer refills on drinks. Delivered food to table next to us and just ignored us. We finally decided to leave and tracked down the waitress she said our order was up next but we decided enough was enough. She then said ” it is not my fault” Never once said they were sorry or explained the delay. Several tables around us also were complaining about the service and quality of food. We camp here every summer but this was the last time we try to eat here. By the way the Waterville Hotel down the road was great, well worth the ten min extra drive.

Got seated and waited 3 hours and never got our food. Service was horrible. This isnt the first time we were there but will be our last. They kept saying our food would be right out. It never made it out. Patrons who came in after us got their food after about 1 1/2 hour. They weren’t very happy also. Please change your staff before they run your business into the ground. The hostess told us where to sit so I know she knew we weren’t served.

Came on a busy saturday night with my family of 4 to see the live music (which was actually not bad). We had also been once before in the winter time.

Quality: Food is of above average quality depending on the item. Lots of home made food which you can easily tell, and I appreciate, sweet potato fries are very good, side vegetables are fresh and cooked properly. I got prime rib both times. First time in winter it was essentially perfect. This time was a different story. Ordered medium rare, got medium, au jus and steak were both extremely extremely salty. Almost inedibley salty. Points for not giving me an allergic reaction, but prime rib is pretty safe anyways.

Price: Mostly expensive. Sandwichs are not a bad deal (they’re big), but my prime rib was ~$29. For 29 dollars I expect my prime rib to be absolutely perfect. Look at other items on the menu, pasta dishes around $18, wings a dollar each, some appetizers are very expensive. I understand that to have these kinds of quality ingredients at this remote location is expensive, but that doesn’t change the fact.

Service: Comes out to average. First time our server was perfect, most recently our server was never refilling our drinks, and forgot some items we ordered and we had to remind her.

Atmosphere: Above average. I like the 3 distinct dining areas that can cater to whatever experience you prefer. The loud, twilight zone esque bar and patio area, the warm log cabin themed main dining area, or the casual diner booths out front.

Overall: 4 out of 5. When in the area, I will definitely be coming back. Only reasons its not 5 is because of the extremely salty prime rib I got. Why didnt I complain and re-order you ask? With my food allergy its the safest item on the menu, and if you know how prime rib is prepared, its already seasoned and cooked ahead of time. That means the entire rib is going to be oversalted, can’t really change it. Hopefully this does not happen again.

Lovely folk all around! Very short staffed because of shortage of workers, but overall did an excellent job of keeping us happy and full. Plus they have a pool table and bar!
