Hapa at Ottos Landing is a great place! The Hawaiian food was spectacular and perfect for sharing. We got the teriyaki chicken and beef…it came with rice and Mac salad. My hubby says that next time he is just going to get a big order of the Mac salad! Lol! The meat was full of flavor and perfectly tender.

The most perfect mac salad known to man! I went to Hapa because I was craving kalua pork and rice, but little did I know the side of mac salad would steal the show! Great customer service, fast service, delicious Hawaiian food at an affordable price. As for food, service, and atmosphere – the food was great, the service was great, and the atmosphere was great! I got the biggest plate with all teriyaki chicken and substituted the roll for more mac and topped it off with a strawberry lemonade. The teriyaki sauce is just how I would make it but I couldn’t figure out what made the mac taste so fresh. I’ll have to keep coming back and see if I can figure it out.

Got the teriyaki chicken plate. The chicken was GOOD, the rice was FANTASTIC and the mac salad was better than expected, had maybe dried dill pickle seasoning? and I really liked it!

i used to love getting the chicken plate with extra mac no roll, well the other day i went and got so and the mac was not like it has been in the past. never have i had that happen, and ive ate here a few times. the mac used to taste super fresh and flavorful, well now it takes like noodles oil and kind of almost like it’s been frozen and thawed, it also has the texture of sand. very sad as i LOVED and raved about the mac…

Food was okay but service was TERRIBLE.
The guy working there was very passive aggressive,and not the nicest of service.
I would have given this 4 stars if it wasn’t for my experience with him.
Would not recommend.
I paid $26 for a plate with two meats and SMALL portions.
I then ask for a fork and he seems annoyed, I ask for siracha and he does this deep sigh and gives me one small packet. I ask for a bit more please and he does this big sigh, annoyed body movement grabs one more pack and throws it in. Wraps my food and leaves it at the window as he turns away.
No have have a good day or no goodbye…
for the expensive food and small portions, please at least offer great customer
service.
My wife ate at Órale and 5/5. Great food, great service and supper nice people

I like the spam musubi and lemonade but the island plate with beef is my favorite. Staff is friendly and the wait is consistent enough I can go there for lunch and always get back to work in time.
