I love this place! The pastries and desserts are good and the drinks are amazing! Only one thing I find an issue with is to be transparent with the toppings/items put into drinks not stated on the menu.
I know it’s my job to be diligent since I have an allergy, but the restaurant also has a duty to be transparent and not add unnecessary items to things. Especially when it’s not stated on the menu and/or the customer didn’t request it.
I went in and got a honeycomb latte with oat milk (I’m severely lactose intolerant) which I have often from many of the Hansel & Gretel locations. I get my drink and go to my car and start noticing something thick at the bottom. I call another location and ask what should be in the latte (to be sure it wasn’t an error on my part) and they said just milk of choice, espresso, and the honeycomb. So I go back in and asked and was told they added sweetened condensed milk. I mentioned how I couldn’t drink that and asked that the drink was remade correctly.
I was told during the remake that they add sweetened condensed milk to dairy free milks to make it taste like regular milk….not the be rude, but that doesn’t make any sense. If people are ordering dairy free alternatives, please do not put a dairy item in there unless requested or you’ve told them! Also how does adding sweetened condensed milk make it like regular milk?
So I just wanted you and others to be aware because had I drank the sweetened condensed milk, I could’ve had an allergic reaction!
Other than this instance, I’ve had great experiences and helpful service. But just wanted people to be aware if you have an allergy to double check always!

My cake was very spongelike. The only flavor was the fresh strawberries themselves. The icing was more of whipped cream instead of whipped icing. The location was nice and clean, but the food was not up to par.

The perfect place to chill and grab a coffee and a snack. The pastries are works of art. Our favorite was the blueberry cheesecake, we ate it before snapping a picture. We tried a selection of sweets and we plan to come back to try their breakfast items. Located in Pleasant Hill outside of Atlanta. Check them out

This place was amazing, if you’ve ever seen it before in a video then I want to say it’s even better than what you think. It’s a very calm vibe you can feel it when you walk in. I got the mango tart and it tasted so good I can’t even describe how good it was.Their “Sleeping teddy” dessert was sooo cute. The people were really nice always smiling and they have a huge variety of desserts, so you can take whatever fits you. It was a little expensive but other than that, this place is my new favourite.

As my husband would say, the only thing Norcross is missing is a late night dessert spot. He’s not saying that no more as Hansel & Gretel is here and here to stay open late! They have a little bit of everything for all the taste buds. We had to limit ourselves to 4 items total because it’s easy to just place one of each on your tray.
We went on a Friday night and all of the pastries were still fresh throughout the weekend. They still had a-lot of pastries out to choose from though we went there in the evening compared to in the morning. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The space was clean and there was a good amount of people there.
If my husband could have it his way I am sure we will become regulars here .

Hansel and Gretel Bakery is amazing! The pastries are super fresh, the cakes are gorgeous and taste incredible, and the cookies are absolutely the best. The place has a cozy vibe and the staff is so friendly. Whether you’re grabbing a quick treat or something for a special occasion, you won’t be disappointed!

This place is good and offers Taiwanese/Asian-style bakery items. We tried the Georgia Peach—although a bit pricey, it was really good. The Strawberry Peach Cake was also not bad. However, the drinks are expensive and not very special.

The place looks nice for sure. Everything is displayed beautifully. However, the desserts aren’t good to me. I had the mango tart and I honestly don’t know what I was eating. The mangos tasted fresh but everything else was bland and I didn’t know what I was supposed to taste afterwards. Also, I took one bite of the strawberry cake and it tasted like a sponge. No flavor at all.
