Hans’ Place delivered a genuinely enjoyable dining experience. The food was very good, and the staff stood out for their excellent service—attentive, warm, and perfectly paced throughout the meal. They also offer a surprisingly nice wine menu, with options that pair well with a variety of dishes. I try to stop there whenever I am in town.

Hey there! I just wanted to share with you how much we loved our visit to Hans place, our new favorite winery ! We started off with a flight of slushies and were instantly blown away by how amazing they were. Although our meals took a bit of time to arrive, they were fantastic. The winery grounds are absolutely stunning, especially the private seating area on the hill. Our server seemed to be under a lot of pressure and didn’t smile, but to be fair, it was a sweltering day today. Despite that, we can’t wait to go back soon. Thank you for a beautiful afternoon!

One of the few great wineries in this immediate location. Very chilled and relaxed winery with a hipster flair to it. Pretty large size menu but mainly bar-style food but served with like a gastro pub. Nothing super fancy but definitely something for everyone. extensive alcohol menu and even flight options so you can try a bunch of different things. Definitely check it out

We have been coming out this way to the wineries for many many years. I like that they made this place bigger but I wish it was more cohesive and connected. The sampling room used to be in the same location as the gift and cheese shop which made it convenient albeit crowded. They built a new tasting room and restaurant on the same property but around back and up a small hill. Not really walkable for everyone and it seems such a waste to drive between them. Anyhoo, the wines are good as is the food. We didn’t eat here this time but we have in the past.

The food was good, wine was great, service was excellent, and the entertainment was top notch! What more could you ask for? The inside is nice and very clean, but the outdoor area seriously shines during the warmer months! Killer spot

Tuesday’s are Burger Nights. $6 for a burger and fries, any burger off their menu. I think this may be the best deal in T-County.

We ordered a fried cheese appetizer and concluded with a spectacular molten coffee cake with ice cream on top. As a cinnamon fiend, it was a treat.

The staff was very friendly.

I hope to be back soon.

Very busy on a Friday night. We waited 45 minutes for someone to offer us water and take our order (the hostess did not tell the waitress that we were herd). But the food was great, the wine was excellent, and the waitress was skilled. They just needed better communication. Did I mention you can taste any wine for free!!!

Quite a find. We were in the area and disappointed in the other food establishments in the area when we saw a brochure that featured this place. A quick Google search showed a small but interesting menu. Glad we decided to try it.

The space is modern and open and there is outside seating available. The menu will have something for everyone. We got BLTs, Reubens, and a grilled cheese. They each come with sides. We selected their steak fries and the tomato basil soup. For the sandwiches, you have a choice of bread.

While waiting, we treated ourselves to flights of wines from the winery next door. All of them were surprisingly good for this region that features mostly sweet wines.

The sandwiches and sides were excellent. The prices were very reasonable. Definitely a place to return to!

We visited in Feb so we couldn’t experience the beautiful outdoor facilities. But the food area and wine bar were sparkling clean and comfortable. Our server, Zoriah, was friendly and helpful. We had a sandwich lunch so we weren’t expecting high cuisine. The food was served hot. It was tasty with goodly portions.
The wine bar was well stocked and offered slushies. Plenty of parking. Good signage. Easy to find.

Best place for a glass of wine in Amish country, han’s down (pun intended). You buy your drinks at the counter and grab a seat. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is very nice, with umbrellas to keep the sun off. We tried the Cheesemaker’s Red. Nice, reminded me of Merlot. Jalapeño poppers for an appetizer were good. Crispy on the outside and filled with cheesy goodness. They were not too hot. Burgers for the main course. I had the Hot and Sweet Burger, topped with banana peppers and a sweet pepper relish. The burger was juicy and good. My wife opted for the Cowboy Burger with fries. It was topped with onion rings and BBQ sauce, and it was also a good choice. Our server was attentive and friendly.
