I ordered for pickup and when I got there, the food was not yet made. I had to wait 20 minutes. I got home and the garlic naan I ordered was plain naan. I had a better experience before, but this time did not turn out well.

We held a family dinner for six the Tuesday before Xmas. I came in several days earlier and met with the owner. With her advice, we preselected the appetizers, entrees, and bottles of wine (both white & red). The attitude and effort of the owner and her staff, both beforehand and during our meal was fantastic. Everyone in our group enjoyed the meal and experience. The made in-house ice cream was a great finale. We had previous come to Hannah’s about 6 or 7 times for lunch or takeout. Based on those trips, we decided to go big and have our holiday dinner there. We are so very glad we did!

Good food but hit or miss. My family drove three hours to eat here for Thanksgiving because the first time I had it was amazing however when we came they did not have any food prepared while being “open”. We waited a hour and majority of the food was cold. They didn’t have a full menu which is fine, it is just not specified ever unfortunately. The owner and employee are super kind and helpful and took off items from the bill and offered a future free carry out meal ticket. However, when I tried to place an order with them ran into the same issue. Did not have naan available (not a full menu) overall would recommend if you’re not picky, but if you like what you like you may not get it. I can’t eat my chicken tikka masala without naan! Kind of a shame because the food is so good.

We thought we were going out for a casual date, but to our surprise and delight arrived at Hannah’s Bar & Grill on the festival of Diwali! Special decorations, everyone was dressed up in beautiful, traditional dresses, and they greeted us like honored guests, even as they explained the meaning of the feast. They served a beautiful dinner buffet (not standard, their dinner is usually à la carte) with a selection of traditional cuisine, such as samosas, dal, chickpea salad, aloo gobi over jasmine rice, and for my husband, butter chicken. There were special treats for the holiday – pani puris. So yummy. To complete the delicious meal, there were a variety of traditional desserts, including warm honey dates – luscious! When we go back, we will bring along guests.

We came for the lunch buffet. They’re doing, what I would describe as, a plated buffet. There’s a buffet menu at the table. Order what you like, as often as you like, and they’re making it FRESH for you! They brought us bread pakora, which was unlike anything we’ve ever had (in a good way) with chutneys to dip in. The butter chicken, chicken curry, chicken tikka masala, paneer masala, and aloo gobi were wonderful! If you like Indian food, or have been wanting to try it, Hannah’s is a wonderful place with amazing ambience as well!

Lovely little restaurant with the kindest staff! Our food was brought to us promptly and oh so tasty, alcohol prices were very reasonable, and we had a great experience! Both owners came up to us to ask how our dinner was, which we love to see; we live about a block away and will definitely be back!

Best Indian I have had. Huge selection. Wonderful flavors. Freshly and promptly prepared. Good service. Well stocked bar. Our group had one chicken, one shrimp, and one lentil dish. Korma flavor exceptional. Papdi chaat was like nothing I’ve head before and wonderful.

I met a friend here and we both ate from the buffet. The food was hot and delicious. They had several vegan options. The place was very clean, spacious, and calm. We were able to sit at our tables as long as we liked while we were just visiting and talking about whatever. We both said that we will definitely come back.

I was very surprised by how nice, clean and comfortable Hannah’s is simply because you wouldn’t expect to find such a gem in this part of Indy. The food is fantastic and I’d absolutely recommend the chicken tikka masala, which was made perfectly. The staff is extremely polite and attentive too. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough and I can’t wait to go back!

We came on a Saturday to try the buffet, and it was awesome! The food was amazing, and the owners told us every day the buffet is different. The service was incredible c and the staff was beyond attentive and nice. If you’re looking for an awesome Indian place, look no further!
