First time at Hangry Joes today and WOW! I think I’ve found a new favorite place!! I ordered 2 tenders and waffle fries. The hangry sauce that came with both was insane! So delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked, I had Medium because I like spicy, it did not disappoint. Tables were clean, but the bathroom was a little messy and out of TP, so 3/5 for atmosphere. The food and service were outstanding, and I will definitely be back!

The food was great and tasty! The waffle fries were fantastic with the sauce and the side of waffles were like tasty funnel cake. The chicken sandwich had a touch of southern meets great flavor. There was only one person working but he was so nice. He greeted us with a smile and was fast with getting the food out!
The soda machine needs love, but he offered us cans of pop instead. The inside was clean but some of the room needs maintenance.

Exceptional customer service! Amazing food as well! Was underestimating their spice levels, but it was perfect! The hot actually has a kick to it. Ordered their loaded fries and the chicken Sando 10/10.

Their sauce was delicious and I highly recommend.
Waffles were nice any golden with a good crisp to them.

I visited Hangry Joe’s yesterday in Arlington Heights, and I have to say, their wings are some of the best I’ve had! I ordered the 18-piece wings, split between the mild dry rub and the Wild Zing wet sauce. Both were amazing! The wings were much bigger than what I’ve gotten at other places, super juicy, and full of flavor. The mild dry rub had the perfect amount of seasoning, and the Wild Zing sauce brought the right amount of heat without overpowering the taste. I personally liked the dry rub wings much better especially with their in-house special dip.
On top of that, the person behind the counter was really friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Great service and even better food, I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

This place has sure gone down hill!! Never more than 1 person working. (At least they were nice ☺️) Fountain drinks haven’t been working for over a year and still havent fixed them!! Won’t accept cash payments. No longer carry waffle fries, yet they dont advertise that. Refused to give me a receipt. We tried giving them chance after chance to live up to other locations and they continue to disappoint us. They need to either fix their issues or close, because this is unacceptable for an establishment.

I paid $35 for some food I can go buy from the freezer section of the grocery store. I’m not one to write a review but there’s a certain level you have to be at charge $35 for a sandwich fries and 6 wings. I ate some Tyson chicken tenders, what’s up with that. I love supporting small business but you’ve gotta want to be good. If you’re a small business with a bad and easily improbable product what’s even the point. You’re not gonna make money you have no image. Maybe I’m a Karen idk. 2 stars cause it feels bad to give 1 star for service cause that’s an actual person, and they had a cool painting I guess. And they had a sign in the bathroom that said wash your hands after vaping and that’s hilarious.

I noticed this place was close by. Decided to check it out, and it did not disappoint!
Upon entering, there were 3 different menu boards, pizza & salads, wings, chicken sandwhiches & sides. We decided to go with a plethora of chicken options, and they were all fantastic.
The guy taking our order was super friendly and said they had been there for about 2 months now!
For the food, we started off with a 6 count wings, medium spice were tossed in a dry rub, and reminded me a bit of nashville hot chicken where the heat builds on to itself. The wings themselves were crisp and juicy. Next up was a small order of chicken bites, also crisp and seasoned with no heat. It had a good flavor to it. The third thing I ended up getting was the fried okra… 2 orders to be exact, and it did not last long. We gobbled them up on the drive home and through the meal. It was a very solid choice. Last was my partners order he ended up with a chicken sandwich, no coleslaw, and loaded fries. He gives it a stamp of approval, reminds him of that more southern comfort like food vibes, and we’d be back!
All the food came with a dipping sauce that had a decent flavor profile to it. A little cajun like but not quite is my best way to describe it.
Overall, I definitely recommend giving this place a try, and hopefully, you will enjoy it as much as me!
